Villa vacation rentals in Florida Keys

This house was exactly what we needed for a week away. Me and 5 of my friends came down for memorial day weekend and we had everything we needed at Villa’s place. We would definitely stay again!

We picked this location bc my son was getting married in the area and Roxette and her team became so involved in helping us understand distances from the wedding venue while we were still coordinating from PA. I felt like they were personally invested in our wedding joy! The house was spotless when we walked in and provided everything we needed! They were also so quick to respond to our questions . The outdoor kitchen and pool area was perfect for our rehearsal dinner! Great stay!

We absolutely loved our long weekend stay at Larissa and Erkan’s! The house has the perfect layout and furniture for a group of friends or family. We spent so much time in the beautiful backyard with great lounging space and an awesome pool and hot tub. The backyard really was a tropical oasis with great proximity to all Miami has to offer. Larissa and Erkan were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend!!

The waterfront townhome was the PERFECT place for our family of 8! Four kids shared one room with four beds-our kids loved that they were together. We always have dinner together after our daily outings and the kitchen and table worked out great. We LOVED the outdoor space in the backyard! Watching the boats, the sunset and kids playing and fishing. We can't tell you how much we enjoyed outselves and we do hope we are able to come back again!

Beautiful!! Do not hesitate booking this place! Danielle is very helpful and responsive. We needed something for the pool and she sent it directly to the house the next day. Our family of 6 enjoyed everything about the house and the area. House is beautiful, very clean and so homey. We loved the area, able to walk and ride bikes. She also had plenty of beach necessities on hand! We were able to visit 5 different beaches while we were there. We would definitely come back!

We had such a nice stay here for the week. My wife and I went for our baby moon and this place was perfect. It’s a 0.4 mile walk to public beach access which was far from busy. It is a mile and a half from the pier and lots of restaurants. The house was beautiful and spotless. The backyard was our favorite part. The pool was perfectly clean and the fence gives complete privacy.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Keys, with great restaurants and fun excursions just minutes away. The home was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with lots of extras. Everything was in great working order, and whenever we had a question or minor issue, Ruth was incredibly responsive and helpful. Staying here was truly a treat in an already beautiful paradise. We highly recommend booking this property with confidence—you won’t be disappointed! Looking forward to coming back!

I would stay again. The only thing i didnt like is the refrigerator didnt keep the soda cold enough. Nice place and location was good i took my service dog and the park behind the house was a Awesome place to walk in the mornings

We loved our stay- these hosts really set a new bar for family friendly amenities. Many AirBnB’s we’ve stayed cover the basics- a crib, a few books and maybe a high chair. This place went above and beyond- crib, bottle brush and drying rack, baby bath tub with baby towels, kids tableware, sound machines in every bedroom, games, toys and books, kids pool toys and kids+baby life vests, the list goes on! This place has it all, just bring your clothes and a toothbrush and you’ll have a wonderful vacation here. The hosts set up a sweet spread of wine with grapes and cheese for our arrival and stocked the fridge with bottled water and set up music to set the tone. Beds were comfortable and the place was impeccably clean and organized. Would highly recommend this place for other families looking for a comfortable and well stocked place!

Amazing stay, so many helpful amenities to make you feel like you’re at home while on vacation. It. was. a. beautiful home in the middle of a quiet neighborhood surrounded by all your needs from the grocery store to your local sports bar for a quick bite. The backyard was fun for the kids. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. There was lots of space for our family. The bathrooms were nicely renovated. This house was nice but I would not describe it as luxury. I felt the pictures on the listing looked more luxurious than reality. I should have done more research, but this house is in a very average neighbourhood. If you are looking for a touristy luxury community vibe this wouldn’t be the stay for you. The property manager was very friendly and super responsive.

Staying in this house was wonderful. I was vacationing with my family and didn’t find a single downside. The pool, lounge area, and billiards table were amazing. The host was very responsive — whenever we had a question, we got a reply almost instantly. We will definitely come back to this clean and comfortable home on our next vacation.

Susan and Dale were on-site, extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great sunset boat ride, great conversation, the pool was clean and warm and lots of sand toys everything we needed and more. We would absolutely stay again.

From the minut we arrived it was just such a nice home. Very clean and up to date. Pool exceeded our expectations love the water fall wall especially when the sun about setting. the beach is just 2 minutes away in car, had the most gorgeous sunset view I've seen in a while. Definitely would love to come back !

The house was well equipped with all of the essentials. We had 8 adults and plenty of room. We did have to wash towels a few times, and buy more laundry soap, but the washer and dryer were conveniently located on the main level. The pool was smaller than what the pictures showed, but it perfectly suited our needs. All members of our party viewed the listing before we booked it and none of us realized it was a twin home. However, there is tons of privacy and the only times we noticed we had neighbors was when the shared dock was used. We had to buy a cooler (for poolside and the beach) and beach chairs. There were some pool floaters left behind, from previous guests that we used. The interior of the home is beautiful, with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. This is in a great location - close to grocery stores, restaurants and Sombrero beach! Monica was great to work with!

Saar was an incredibly pleasant host and always available; buying new wine glasses and kitchen towels was not too much to ask. When we lost electricity twice due to a local thunderstorm, he suggested we go to another accommodation, but we chose to stay in the house (cosy with the candles). When the air conditioning suddenly stopped working, he gave clear instructions to restart it. In short, you can ALWAYS count on Saar and this is very positive as a guest. We would definitely rent a house from Saar again, we look back on our holiday very positively! Thanks Saar, for everything! Kind regards, Sarah

This Pompano Beach property offered the perfect beach getaway. Its location just two blocks from the ocean was incredibly convenient. The house itself was fantastic, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host Klavdiya was very helpful, and provided helpful suggestions. This rental is also very close to a children's playground. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would highly recommend this rental. We hope to return soon!

We love this house in the middle of the island, the lush green neighborhood makes it really relaxing, and the house itself is cozy and super functional. The fully equipped kitchen and heated and beautifully lighted pool is our favorite. Mid April in Miami is already very warm, but the heated pool makes it even more pleasant to jump in even during night time and windy days. We would definitely come back!

I’ve been using Airbnb for years. I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Also the host was very nice easy instructions. Wanted to extend for an extra day gave me a good rate. This is definitely one of my favourite locations and host I’ve dealt with. I will be booking with Xavier again anytime I’m in Miami
