Beach condo vacation rentals in Florida Keys

The place was perfect. The patio views were amazing to just sit and watch the sunset. The marina across the street was very convenient to launch our boat from. Very peaceful location. Angler and ale restaurant across the street was delicious

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Patricia was a great host. Her place is my all time favorite. I will surely stay again. Her attention to detail was amazing. Everything that you could ever want in a beach condo. We set up our beach mats in the morning and left them there all day. You can see the beach from the massive windows. It was just perfect

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

We went for 4 days and it was absolutely amazing! Walk right across the street and there’s the beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants very close. We had the best time. Rammel was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend. They have everything at the condo for the beach. Coolers, cart, chairs, towels, umbrella. We will definitely be back! Thank you again!!

Loved the place. It was in a great location, right off the beach and just a few minutes to walk to any restaurant or shops. Had a wonderful time would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach Pad! It was so cozy with everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect and just steps from the sand. The beach was lovely and not too crowded. We enjoyed walking to the boardwalk every day as well! We would definitely love to stay here again someday ☺️

Right next to Duval Street, easily walkable to major attractions, restaurants, bars.. Host was super responsive, friendly, and really worked with us on anything we needed.. Great place!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything and more was there for us. We literally didn’t have to think about a thing. They even had a full fridge of refreshments and snacks set out for us. They responded to my messages in seconds and were beyond accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer’s place was exactly what we were looking for, it was a quiet corner unit with lots of space for four guests, a large kitchen (we love to cook elaborate meals even when we travel and we had everything we needed here), great views of the harbor, was squeaky clean, and ample parking. Jennifer communicated everything we needed to know well ahead of time and promptly replied to any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again!

Diane's place was perfect for us. The views from the balcony, kitchen, master bedrooms om, and even master bath were beautiful! So much beautiful sunshine, and the place was so cute and clean. We loved being right on the canal, and the available kayaks and paddle board were super convenient and appreciated. We were sad to leave and would absolutely go back! Diane was a very fast communicator, and most of the communication was proactive. Very happy with that too!

The place is very clean, location is super convenient and walking distance from everything on South Beach. Communication was amazing, and even the directions on how to get in/where to park.. everything was just EASY. Absolutely loved it and will be booking again!

Perfect spot in a great location with everything you need for a relaxing vacation in South Beach! This included 2 beach chairs with umbrella, beach towels, and even a small portable cooler! Suzy was extremely attentive and provided excellent instructions and communication! The kitchen had everything you need to make your own meals. Highly recommended!

Great place with amazing view. Loved the pool and beach access. Great location and very convenient. Needed to contact the host as the pull out couch had no blankets or linens. The housekeeper came the next day and set everything up. We had no issues with the elevators. The pullout couch isn’t comfortable so just fyi but having it makes like a 2 bedroom, which is great. Extra bath was a huge benefit. Will be back! Thank you.

So! This was the first time an Airbnb host personally welcomed me into the apartment. She was not only super friendly, but also helpful, flexible, and communicative.

A family of 6 using the space for 2 days before embarking on a cruise out of Miami. The condo was in excellent condition. It is on the 41st floor with an amazing view. Used the kitchen to make a few meals, well stocked with hardware. Workout facilities were fantastic with weights/bike/treadmill. Walmart walking distance for groceries or drinks. The beach is fantastic and right there. We went to the beautiful downtown Hollywood nearby (driving distance) with an amazing selection of restaurants. Just be aware of the parking and resort fees, and you will not be surprised by them. I think they were worth the experience. The front desk was nice and watched our things for a few hours. Would stay again.

Our host was sensational, very responsive. The condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described great ocean view. We’re coming back for Thanksgiving. That’s how much we loved it. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host five stars.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the penthouse is just as described in the images, was very clean and the hosts were very responsive, and had good communication. Overall I would recommend staying here, it’s right in the middle of the city with a lot of things to do, whenever I come to miami I always stay in Brickell for that reason and this airbnb is in the perfect spot.

This space is a resort style location. It’s small but efficient and had everything we needed for 4 people. The pool area is amazing! It’s a whole vibe with music, a bar and refreshing water. We ate at the restaurant near the beach area. It was good! The beach isn’t a great swimming area but there is a lot of sea creatures to seek out and a nice sand beach to lay on and get some sun. A cute playground. And wildlife to see off the balcony facing the mangroves. The elevator was broken when we arrived. We had two disabled people with us which made it difficult. No fault of the condo owners. They tried their best to help. The staff there even helped get our luggage to the third floor. It’s a nice location to stay in as it is close to so many things in the area. Thanks for the stay!
