Condo vacation rentals in Florida Keys

We are absolutely in love with this place. The views are gorgeous. the grounds were immaculately groomed. There are so many colorful trees and flowers. The pool is slightly heated, which is perfect. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful with recommendations. We got to see the jets fly over a few times, so cool. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks. The beds in both rooms are very comfortable. We hope to stay here again in the future.

What an INCREDIBLE week we had at La Bella Vita!!! One of our favorite anniversary trips to date! The condo was filled with everything you’d need for a week on the beach. It’s spacious and luxe. It has a well appointed kitchen and dining area. Having a beachfront view of Topsail Beach every day was magical. Close access to beach and the heated pool. We watched the incredible sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony. We love that the bedrooms have access to the balconies as well. Close to shopping and dining. Tricia was a wonderful host- super communicative before and during our stay. We couldn't have found a better place to spend our anniversary week! We look forward to coming back next year and sharing the magic of Marco Island with our boys. We highly recommend a stay here!!! 🏝️ ☀️

We as a family are very satisfied with Michelle's condo. Our children are 5 & 9 years old and the condo and the community had a lot to offer for the. Everything from a beach area with kayak, a great heated pool, docks where we were watching shark fishing at night and the manatees came cruising by. The condo itself had everything we could wish for and was as described in the listing. Everything you need for the stay, even fishing gear is available in the condo. This is a great listing and the host was very quick to answer the questions we had. If you're planning to visit the Keys with kids, this condo is a great place!

Great, clean and well organized apartment. Great little pool a good beach and some restaurants and bars in walkable distance. Yuni responded very quickly to our messages and took care of the online little thing that wasn’t perfect right away. The location on marathon is also great as there are many things to do and see in a 5-10 minute drive. Great stay. Would absolutely do again and recommend. Thank you Yuni!

The condo was very nice. Lots of room, clean and easy to access. We loved the balcony, and spent a lot of time there. We enjoyed the kayaks a couple of different times as well. Our first time to The Keys and we enjoyed this spot.

Jose's place was perfect for our needs. The central location provided easy access to all the activities we had planned during our stay. The secure compound's private beach provided for some enjoyable time in the sun and--paired with the included water toys--a lot of monkeying around. The wifi and dual-monitor home office setup is a nice touch for those of us who need to remain in-touch with our day jobs during time in the Keys. Should also mention that Jose is one of the most helpfully communicative hosts i have had the pleasure of connecting with. Before the trip, he provided a helpful list of local recommendations tailored to the things we wanted to do during our stay. He also checked in with us routinely once we had arrived. Would be thrilled to stay here again.

Kathryn's condo was great! Perfect for 2 couples, a small girls weekend or small family. It's on the end of a row which makes it extra quiet. The little extras in the bathroom and kitchen was really nice (toothpaste-that I forgot...coffee and creamer really get you started, pool floats too!) The overall location was perfect. There's a bar/restaurant on property which was nice and a concession/bar at the pool. The best restaurant was in Islamorada called Square Grouper and Key Lime Pie Factory is a MUST do! I highly recommend Kathryn's place!

We live Marathon and this condo is in the perfect location and minutes away from shopping, restaurants and activities.

Right next to Duval Street, easily walkable to major attractions, restaurants, bars.. Host was super responsive, friendly, and really worked with us on anything we needed.. Great place!

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

This place was just what we needed. It was the perfect size for our 4 plus a dog for 2 nights. It’s located in a nice community and close to a lot. I would stay here again!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

Patricia’s place had everything you would need for a great beach stay. She messaged us to let us know the room would be ready early. The view was incredible and the bed was very comfy.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Accurate as described. Clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the worst mosquito outbreak in years literally prevented anyone from using the pool. Too bad...it seemed like such a nice one. But...it is the Everglades.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this condo - the views were beautiful, you can watch the sun set from the master bed! Some highlights were beach proximity (building is on the beach you just have to cross the sand for 10 min to get to the water), great responsive host, good value, proximity to restaurants & grocery stores, and cleanliness. There were beach chairs, wagon, big beach blanket, and toys for little ones in the unit which was very convenient. The bed in the main room was comfortable and bathrooms had all the essentials. The unit could use some cosmetic updates, but that did not impact the overall enjoyment of our stay. Overall, a great option for a Marco Island vacation.

Most amazing view from this location. You could see dolphins and manatees from the balcony. The beach was so clear with endless shells. I was there for a week and the view blew me away every day and I didn't want to leave. Super clean and appreciated two bathrooms. Looks exactly if not better than photos. Great professional host and prompt. Definitely go back

Wonderful condo on the beach! Beautiful view and close to all restaurants. Walked almost everywhere the entire week! Condo had everything we needed and Marie was a great host!

Edward and Babs were wonderful hosts!! We were visiting Marco Island for our wedding, and they were kind enough to leave us champagne, flowers, and a card! They were super responsive with any questions I had! The condo was absolutely beautiful, had a stunning view, and was very clean! I would highly recommend booking with them and staying at their condo, we had a wonderful time!

Location of unit is beautiful! Amenities were also wonderful and resort like. Host provided a prompt response regarding some questions about the unit and addressed any concerns presented. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

We stayed here for Father's Day and it was perfect. We have a pretty demanding life with a toddler so I booked this trip with rest and relaxation in mind and this home did not disappoint. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. You can even see the sunrise. The host's were great. They offered us a early check-in and late check-out. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of this but it was so sweet of them to offer. BEST airbnb I've ever stayed in. Go ahead and book!

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Sangria Sunrise! The condo itself is beautiful, the property is awesome, well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful! We spent most of our time at the pool and the beach. The pool bar is great and the pool is clean and refreshing. Plenty of sunny spots and lots of shaded tables, too. It’s right across from the condo so we went multiple times a day. Beautiful landscaping all around. The beach and marina area are really nice. We loved watching the boats from the balcony and seeing the sunrise over the water. Lots of fun things to do in the area within a short drive, but also plenty to do on the property if you prefer to stay put. Tracy is an excellent host and is very helpful and responsive.
