Great home with all amenities and utensils. Nearby markets and pharmacies. The city has many beaches. I recommend both the house and the area.

Both the house and Jolantha's attention met all our expectations. The house, in addition to being large and comfortable, has a very special candor. You can see Jolantha's good taste in every detail (paintings, books, music, etc.). Despite how cute Praia Brava is, you also want to stay in the house enjoying it. The neighborhood is very quiet and gives you access to the most exclusive part of the beach. Communication with Jolantha was always very easy and cordial. Always pay attention to our consultations. The early check-in flexibility is also very appreciated. If I go back to Praia Brava I don't doubt I would do it at Jolantha's house. 10/10.

Comfortable, lovely and well maintained home. Great location for access to all beaches, very close to good restaurants, shops, markets, pharmacy, bakery and etc. The host is very nice and helpful.

It has a great location, very good apartment space there we find everything we need. Very clean and organized place, excellent place to stay with family. We were very well received by Élio, we will be back for sure.

Margarete attended us very well, always ready for us to help, gave good tips of the place, indicated good restaurants, pity the weather did not help, sun appeared only on the last day.

The house is spectacular. Arejada, modern, very well equipped. The visual around is pure nature. Quiet condominium close to the beach, which makes it easy not to need a car. Host is very attentive to guests and responds quickly to any calls.

We had a great stay at the house, perfect communication with the hosts and the house is very good! All rooms are good, the superiors with an amazing view of the sea. The house has a wonderful view and is very close to the beach.. practically foot in the sand. I recommend staying at the house!

Beautiful and spacious house.

We stayed in a group of 18 people and the house was excellent! Super spacious, comfortable and as shown in the photos. Most of the rooms are upstairs, all very spacious, with great beds, and the bathrooms were very clean. The downstairs is also large, with a spacious living room and a separate kitchen, which makes it much easier to organize the group. The outdoor area is well cared for and cozy, everything is tidy. The location is another strong point, it is super close to the center and the beach, you can do everything on foot easily. And the host was extremely helpful, always responded quickly and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. An important point, which was not a problem for us, but worth mentioning, is that the neighbors do not like noise very much. We were careful with this and everything went well, but it is good to take into account depending on the type of trip. Overall, we love the house and highly recommend it for large groups! ☺️

Our stay was simply spectacular! Extraordinary location, literally dreamy! Everyone loved it. The house is extremely cozy, very well planned for family life and super practice, both in everyday life and access to Praia do Rosa and the centrinho. The pool is wonderful, and the connection to nature makes the experience even more special. We live unforgettable days, surrounded by a unique energy and an unbelievably beautiful sunset. The view is stunning – it's hard to imagine a place more beautiful and perfect than this one. And the best: the house is even more beautiful than in the pictures! Our hosts are responsive and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Simply memorable in every way. We spent the Carnival with 7 teenagers, who enjoyed a lot of family life. We were seeking peace and agitation and in the end they greatly valued the peace of this blessed place. Thank you for the opportunity to stay!

The house is very good, super spacious, there were 10 of us and we were very well accommodated. The place is very quiet, good for hiking. Ana is very attentive, always available to answer questions. I recommend the stay! The nearby beaches are beautiful!

My friends and I recently stayed at Gabriela's home and I recently stayed at Gabriela's place. The house is quite cozy, has a pool, barbecue area, very airy rooms… it had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to enjoy Floripa comfortably and safely.

Monica’s place exceeded all expectations - the photographs do not do it justice. We were thrilled to have loads of space, beautiful private pool, excellent outdoor kitchen and finally a fabulous location. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back 😊🙏🏻

Modern house. With air conditioning in all the rooms. Dishwasher. Excellent pool. Very nice barbecue. Quiet condominium and easy to access. With a 20-minute trail to Joaquina beach.
