Loft vacation rentals in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

Leia and Marcos were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were very welcoming, gave me a great introductory tour of the loft with lots of good recommendations, and they could not have been kinder. The loft itself was well appointed and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean. Lagoa is also an excellent neighborhood to stay, very safe and walkable with many good restaurants nearby. Thanks again!

Great place, close to everything, the sound of the sea and birds, a very cozy place, clean environment, easy to access and with a wonderful view, Karin helped me with a surprise I did with my partner, she answered every time I needed before arriving, even though it was late at night. They were very helpful. The trip was all wonderful. As soon as I can, I intend to return with more time and days. I recommend the stay.

It was an amazing stay! The house is great... everything was impeccable, clean and organized! The view is spectacular... we had beautiful days... with sunrise in front of the house! The Centrinho is next to the house... with everything you might need... Plínio and his wife are lovely people! Very kind, they gave great tips about the region! I loved the stay! João was super helpful in everything we needed. The apartment is extremely cozy and complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and spacious, the condominium has a market, a gym... Everything is of excellent quality. The location is great, short distance to the lagoon, downtown.. I will definitely come back other times.

The accommodation is in a quiet region, with little outside noise. It's easy to get around anywhere in uber and there's a small nearby market that can be very helpful. We received the extremely clean and organized space and the Host's instructions were very accurate.

Great apartment, quiet place, shops nearby. Extremely clean apartment, dishes in great condition, equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen well clean and comfortable. José Henrique was a great host, very attentive to everything I needed. The coffee powder, detergent, sponge and small comforts for the arriving guest make a difference. I'll be back for sure!

Our stay at Regina's place was impeccable. We had flexibility in check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot on the Easter holiday and the trips we needed to make. You can see the effort in the finishing details and hospitality of the host. The accommodation also has an important concern with waste separation, which we think is great! If you are looking for a quiet place, close to the gastronomic center of Jurerê and at the same time want to feel at home, we recommend that you book a few days at this accommodation.

Perfect place to stay , highly recommended!

Super nice place, very modern and well equipped. In a prime location in Novo Campeche. 2 minute walk to the beach and there are loads of nice restaurants and things around. The hosts have been more than accommodating. In fact they are the best Airbnb hosts I have dealt with. Very helpful. They regularly cleaned the apartment and made it spotless. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My stay at this property was just amazing! From arrival time to check out, everything exceeded my expectations. The property is exactly as shown in the photos — if not better! Extremely clean, well decorated and with a welcoming atmosphere. The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped (it had everything from utensils to basic spices) and the shower is strong and with very hot water. Everything was very well taken care of and in perfect working order. The location is excellent — a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to markets, restaurants and public transportation. Ideal for both tourism and business trips. Host was impeccable! Very attentive, he quickly responded to all messages and even gave great local tips. Communication was easy and clear all the time.

I felt very good at Isadora's house! It is in a very special place on the island and is extremely well cared for and well decorated. It has everything you need to be super well installed (and inspired!). Besides the house, the communication with Isadora went really well - and meeting Magali was a highlight! I was very well received and treated! I highly recommend <3

The host was very attentive to receiving us, guided us the best way to get there because there are more chatty streets to pass the car, and he was careful to guide us to the arrival was also good. The environment was clean, as described the space is very comfortable and has met our expectations very well, it is worth hosting. And as a bonus, there's still a very good Dog, Mr. Big haha

We loved our stay! 💖 From the beginning, we felt super welcomed. The flat is cozy, well maintained and was impeccably clean and fragrant. Warm bedding, great towels, air-conditioning, TV with Netflix, excellent Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer… everything thought out with affection! We were greeted with water, soda, beer, chocolate and snacks — a treat that made all the difference. The location is perfect, in a super privileged area of the island, close to everything. It is important to say that access to the flat is by a few flights of stairs or by a hill, but the view is worth it! We feel safe at all times. Even with other flats nearby, the space is very private. Another positive point was the flexibility in check-in and check-out: we arrived and left at dawn, and Jeff was super attentive, sending explanatory videos and various recommendations to facilitate both arrival and departure. Thank you so much for everything, it was a wonderful experience! ✨

Stayed for a month in Floripa. The place was clean, well-located — close to the beach and everything useful. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout. On arrival, she left a small gift and a handwritten note, which was a nice touch. Overall, a solid stay. Would recommend.

My partner and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to our questions and to resolve any issues that arose. The apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. There is no cleaning included for a month-long stay, which was the only downside since we're used to having at least one cleaning included for our month-long Airbnb stays. We did appreciate having a washer & dryer as well as a vacuum to tidy the apartment though. All of the kitchenware was in fairly good shape and the blackout curtains were nice. The apartment is conveniently located—just a short 5-minute walk to Campeche beach and also walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It's located in a fairly quiet area with minimal street noise. We felt safe walking around in this area. Wifi was strong—no issues with video calls or internet connectivity. Overall, we would stay here again if we came back to Florianopolis.
