Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Florianópolis

Our stay was perfect! The house is wonderful, clean, functional and comfortable! Renato is very good, kind and pleasant, willing to help you with whatever you need. The view is not even mentioned, too beautiful!! The kitchen had everything we needed, good beds and bedding, good showers, great features! We will definitely be back for more peaceful moments in this amazing airbnb :)

My partner and I stayed for a week. It's a very quiet neighborhood. There's a mini-market on the corner and about a 10-minute walk away. It's close to the beach and many trails and beautiful places to discover. Personally, we like the closeness with the hosts a little more, this time it was not like that. There was a strong musty smell inside the house, every time we went out and came back there was that musty smell again, so you have to worry about ventilating a lot, but despite this very good location, comfortable and just right for a couple. Sergio is a wonderful host—very kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The stay was extremely comfortable, as the house had absolutely everything one might need. The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking—it's hard to imagine anything better. Thank you so much, Sergio, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!

The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, with a spectacular sunrise view. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

Excellent place, just like in the photos, Gabriel is a great host, he helped us a lot, we will definitely come back, close to pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, I recommend renting a vehicle to visit the entire island, 10/10.

It's our first time in Brazil. I traveled with my best friend and arriving at Shirley's home was a gift to the soul. Cozy from the first moment, they welcomed us with their hearts. They are nice people. The room has a view of the sea and while you sleep, you never stop hearing the waves. It's like a melody for the being. 🤍 If you're looking for something like home, this is where you have to come. Barra is very safe. You can eat well and you can go out at any time to explore. It's beautiful. Thank you for the experience and for being nice people. That's very valuable to us. WE WANT TO GO BACK NOW! 🫶🏻

Giovani’s studio was exactly what we needed for our week in Florianópolis. The apartment matched the photos—spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything from quality linens to a full kitchen—so cooking and working remotely were a breeze. Its location near UFSC meant we could walk to cafés, markets, and bus stops, yet the neighborhood stayed quiet at night. Communication was flawless too: Giovani replied within minutes to every question . If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located base with a genuinely attentive host, this place is a five-star choice.

It was an amazing experience, John's apartment is extremely comfortable, everything was clean, cozy and the view of the beach is the most beautiful thing. I loved it; and I will definitely come back more often.

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor, heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season, it is open every day. As for the apartment, eating on the balcony looking at the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea lying in bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It's an excellent place to do home office. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We'll definitely be back again. We love it!!

Great spot in Centro Floripa

The apartment is new and very well taken care of. All the rooms were extremely clean and the apartment has many appliances that help in everyday life. The parking space is also good and accommodates SUV vehicles with ease of maneuvering. The condominium has a garden inspired by Thailand, with many plants and a great leisure structure, outdoor pool, indoor heated pool and with lanes, very well-equipped gym, better than many hotels. The host was always very helpful and answered all my questions. I recommend it!
