Vacation rentals with a patio in Florianópolis

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same building as the apartment, which is very good, as you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. Soon, a food court will be installed in the same condominium. It's very complete and modern.

The house is super clean, organized and equipped with absolutely everything we need — undoubtedly one of the most complete I've ever stayed in. The owner was very attentive and helpful at all times. My family loved the experience, we were able to rest, enjoy every moment and we were even greeted with incredible energy. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Felipe was a darling. My parents arrived early for check-in and he was very helpful. He always responded very quickly and received my parents very well. The stay is perfect, we will definitely come back more often with our little dog🩷.

Refuge is an impeccable space for those who like to relate to the environment and want to enjoy a quiet place with an amazing view. It was my second time on Costa da Lagoa, a still preserved place where it is possible to approach nature and elemental beings. Boat transport is efficient and sustainable, which transforms the entire experience. I will return when possible ✨

First off, first Airbnb that matched exactly to the photos. This was a small slice of peacefulness that we enjoyed. Not a lot of bugs or animals, well maintained and the capybaras next door were a joy to watch. The appliances and bathroom were top notch and was very inviting. I look forward to inviting other people and coming back again on the future.

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa consists of a beautiful living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jetted tub. Near the pool another house with 2 double beds, bathroom and kitchen (to go to a bedroom you have to pass through the first bedroom). Negative notes: When we asked the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read about Uber refusing to climb), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 Ubers (Comfort) in 5 days refused to get in and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) barely climbed... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and it's like having it next to the bed. Cute but mischievous monkeys!!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the space, the communication.. it was all fantastic. Simone couldn’t have been more helpful, she replied to our messages within minutes whenever we had any queries. The house itself is stunning and the pictures on here don’t do it justice. It’s an ideal location too. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Beautiful views no matter the weather. House is in great condition and is comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the shower that they remedied promptly, this was very much appreciated. The only thing that could've been better about this fantastic location is walkability, my mom was with us and she wasn't able to walk up the steep hill that takes you from the beach up to the house. This isn't something that can realistically be changed but it's something other guests should know if they have anyone with similar limitations.

Everything was spotless: clean, organized and fragrant. The place is gorgeous! Quiet and well-maintained. Luxury and nature. We really like the contact with the animals, the surrounding nature and the vegetable garden, which is a differential. It was a great renovation! It is an excellent environment for resting, studying and home office, our needs for those dates — very comfortable, with fast and stable internet, which made everything easier. The experience was great from start to finish. We recommend it and will definitely return.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, clean apartments with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The host was always available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come back again.

Close to the lagoon, everything as advertised! A cozy place, with useful utensils for everyday living! Great bathroom, good bed and space to store clothes! We'll definitely be back, too bad we left a day early! Gabriel and Fernanda are very helpful! Congratulations on the place and care!

I loved the apartment, very clean, fragrant, with all the necessary utensils for a good and comfortable stay, I felt at home. In addition, the service is excellent, the host is super flexible and available within his possibilities. I'll definitely be back.

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

My experience was simply excellent! From the time of arrival until check-out, everything went perfectly. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was very good. I would definitely recommend and host again!
