Old stable adjacent to the main house, inhabited by the owners, Reda and Corrine. The stable transformed into a 27 m2 cottage with all the comforts, has its own private terrace. 2 km from Entraygues-sur-Truyère, in the Lot Gorges, village with all shops (restaurants, bars, pharmacy...) The property and its surroundings are a beautiful walking area (stream, forest) in absolute calm. Access to the pool (shared with the owners), unheated and closed from November to April.

The "Patou", an integral part of the estate of "Laperade" is a T2 apartment fully rehabilitated with respect for its origins and history. It also benefits from a large balcony that overlooks the creek of La Coussane and which faces a garden that has preserved, among other things... some centuries-old vines. This accommodation, ideally exposed, is located in the historic center of one of the most beautiful villages in France, at the foot of the Chateau d 'Estaing.

The grandmother's old farm, currently being restored, houses a small cozy and comfortable studio furnished in a cabin style. An authentic pied-à-terre away from the tourist hustle and bustle to visit the Lot Valley, the Truyère and the Aubrac Plateaus. Surrounded by chestnut trees, you will wake up to birdsong and the bleating of the neighbor's sheep!
