The renovated 3.5-room holiday apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Churwalden, a charming village that serves as the gateway to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski area. The village center, with shops, restaurants, a swimming pool, an ice rink, and cable cars, is a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The return journey from the ski area to the house is possible with skis, or alternatively, the bus can be used. The Furnerschhus bus stop is located about 100 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is located on the largest Kuhalp in Switzerland. It is surrounded by idyllic alpine panoramas and is centrally located on the Urnerboden. Alpine dairy, village shop, church, cable car and restaurant are within a 5-minute walk. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with one double bed each and in the living area the sofa can also be used as a bed. On the first floor are the bathroom, kitchen and living room. A staircase leads to the bedroom on the upper floor. It is equipped with two single beds. A second bedroom is accessible through the first. The house section was completely renovated in 2019/20.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
