Great little spot with a reasonable price tag. The aircon was a saviour in the 35 degree heat that I arrived in, then when it dropped to 17 degrees the next day (classic Melbourne weather) the heat light in the bathroom was appreciated. Comfy mattress, all the essentials (I even used the iron/ironing board). The cafe directly across the road were super friendly and delicious too (Duke of Grantham).

We had an amazing stay here! The apartment is situated on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the Melbourne skyline. We were even lucky enough to catch hot air balloons drifting over the city in the early morning — such a magical experience! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from a Free Tram Zone stop, which made getting around the city incredibly easy and convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Early check-in was offered when available, which was a huge relief after a long trip. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout, giving us more time to explore the city without worry. The free parking was a major perk, especially in central Melbourne where parking can be a challenge. Our host was outstanding — friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

We spent a great week at Jessica's flat in Northcote. It was an excellent location for visiting our daughter in Thornbury and close to trams and trains for central Melbourne The flat was extremely comfortable and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home Beautiful Art , great bed /linens, fab shower and guest supplies We loved watching the sunset and see the evening lights of the CBD from the communal terrace , very special Communication with Jessica was very good and thoughtful,always a quick response We would recommend the coffee and breakfast at The Bicycle Thieves at the bottom of the building and The Short Round and 1800 Lasagne 10 minutes walk up the Thornbury Road Loads of great restaurants in Northcote and Thornbury all within walking distance A fantastic week for us here in Melbourne

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

We had a great stay at Brunswick cottage. Great location close to both the airport and city. Greg is such a lovely host and even provided bread, milk, wine and a lovely selection of breakfast cereal and yoghurt. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need!! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend. Thank you !!!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

We had a wonderful three-night stay with our family! The property exceeded our expectations, and here’s why: 📍 Location: Easy to find by car, peaceful surroundings, and hassle-free parking. 🛏️ Rooms: All three bedrooms had incredibly comfortable large beds—we all slept wonderfully! 🛋️ Living Room: The pre-warmed heating was such a thoughtful touch, and the huge TV made movie nights feel like a home theater—perfect for family time. 🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything we needed, plus generous supplies of condiments and drinks. 🚿 Bathroom: Well-stocked with toiletries, and the washer/dryer combo was super convenient. Our kids especially loved the long hallway—a fun and unique feature compared to our own home! Thank you for your warm hospitality—you’ve made our trip to Australia truly memorable. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Mel's apartment in Clifton Hill, a great spot for us during our visit to Melbourne with easy access to tram and trains. A comfortable bed with good linens,a great shower and a welcome selection of tea, coffee and breakfast sundries. Good communication with Mel ,always with a quick response Close to the house the corner shop ,nearby small supermarket were useful and The Dirty Apron cafe was a favourite coffee spot as well as Uncle Drew's Cafe. It was an ideal spot for us when visiting our daughter in Thornbury with easy access to Flinders street and Central Melbourne tourist spots

I was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. The check in is super easy and the apartment is exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Melbourne central area.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.
