Det er 5 soverom med plass til 11 personer, stor stue, spisestue, romslig og velutstyrt kjøkken, bad, vaskerom og god parkeringsplass for flere biler. Boligen har en stor solvendt terrasse samt et større uteområde med sitteplasser. Umiddelbar nærhet til Selura som er et populært bade og fiskevann

Moderne leilighet i kystperlen Flekkefjord med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Privat parkering i carport samt gjesteparkering. Leiligheten har flere private uteområder der man kan nyte sola hele dagen. Flere lekeplasser og ligger like ved Sjåsam hvor man kan ta turen inn til Nygård via lysløypen, eller toppturer opp til Høgåsen, Raulifjell eller Pollfjell. Kort vei til sentrum, samt Raulibukta Badeplass og Grønnes Badeplass med sandstrender, badstu, stupetårn, svaberg, brygge og stort grønt friområde.

Stor leilighet. Sentrumsnær. Mulighet for båtutleie for sjøfiske. Lakseelv like ved. Naturskjønne omgivelser med nydelig hage som bare må oppleves! Her kan dere slappe av inne eller ute, og kanskje ta et grillmåltid på en av terrassene våre sammen med hønsene og endene. Elva Sokna renner rett forbi hagen. Her kan ungene bade, og vi har fiskerett på laks her. Ruggesteinen og Linepollen badeplass med sandvolleyballbane ligger 2 minutter å kjøre fra huset vårt. 5 min med bil til KNA Raceway.

Velkommen til vakre Flekkefjord. Huset ligger 2 km fra Flekkefjord Sentrum. Her er det kort avstand til strand både ved sjøen og ferskvann. Flotte turområder til blant annet Høgfjellet og Simonskyrkja. Dresin utleie i sentrum. Flekkefjord er kjent som en turistvennlig og kjær sommerby. Handlegater, restauranter og nisje butikker. Hele eiendommen er innegjerdet, porter med lås. Barne og dyrevennlig. 15 fots Pioner med 20 hk, kan også leies på stedet. Redningsvester disponibelt. Velkommen! 🙂

En helt ny hytte beliggende i Åvedal rett ved Åvedalsvannet.Rolig sted med rikt dyreliv tett på naturen. Her kan man plukke blåbær på sommeren, dra på kanotur, grille på bålpanna og bade ved brygga. Gode turmuligheter like utenfor hytta. Brufjellhulene, Helleren i Jøssingfjord, Jøssingfjordmuseet, Ruggesteinen, Løtoft, Lundbadet og Sogndalstrand. Shoppingmuligheter i småbyene Egersund og Flekkefjord. Motorsenter Norway bør oppleves av motorinteresserte. Preparete skiløyper på Sætra.

Stort funkishus med jakusi. Egen strand linje

Vi leier ut vårt funkishus i Viga, i Spind. Huset er bygget i 2018, og har høy standard. I førsteetasje er det gang, vaskerom, tv-stue med sovesofa, bad, og tre soverom som alle er møblert med 2 enkeltsenger. I andreetasje er det et stort kjøkken, stue, spisebord, tv-område, soverom med dobbeltseng, og stort bad som er tilknyttet dette soverommet. Ute er det en svær terrasse med mye oppholdsplass, forskjellige sittegrupper, jacuzzi og bålpanne, og fin utsikt!

Koselig hus, godt utstyrt. Varmt når vi kom, og ved klar til bruk ved behov. Artig med geitene som ønsket oss velkommen, og brekte lykkelig når de fikk høy og " skreller". Sitte ute rundt bålpanna er jo alltid kjekt☺️ En fin plass å komme tilbake til😊

In Johans Apartment zu übernachten war wie in eine Zeitmaschine zu steigen. Die Unterkunft ist super gemütlich und in bester Lage. Wir haben eine tolle Wanderung unternommen und waren mit der Flekkefjordbahn unterwegs, alles vom Apartment super zu erreichen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt nur weiterempfehlen!

Malin hadde gjort det koselig med å fyre opp i peisen til vi kom, senger var klargjort og alt var i skjønneste orden for vårt opphold i Vanse. Vi gir både Malin og leiligheten våre beste anbefalinger! Kjøkken og bad er åpenbart nyoppusset og inneholder alt man trenger. Takk for oss!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war blitzsauber und wie beschrieben. Manja und ihr Mann sind ganz nette Gastgeber. Ganz besonders toll war die freundschaftliche Kommunikation und der Bootsausflug mit Jan. Diese 2 Übernachtungen waren eine schöne Bereicherung unserer Reise. Wir empfehlen auf alle Fälle diese Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder, vielleicht schon bald. Herzlichen Dank!

What a gem! Our group of 8 had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The location is stunning, and Siri, our host, was incredibly attentive and helpful. Although we experienced a minor issue with the power in some rooms upon arrival, Siri had thoughtfully provided extra lamps, candles, and free firewood to ensure we were comfortable. She even offered to reimburse us for the inconvenience. Overall, a beautiful experience in a fantastic setting, and Siri's hospitality made it even better. Highly recommend!

Hei. Jeg og min familie hadde en fantastisk nydelig tur til Kjetil sin hytte. Alt var perfekt. Barna våres kose seg og våres små hunder hadde det veldig fint der. Fantastiske gode senger og dyne , vil gjerne ha det samme hjemme. Det mangler ingenting. Vi fikk venner på besøk og de også ble veldig imponert over plassen. Vi vil så gjerne komme tilbake til Kjetil sin hytte. Takk Kjetil du er en god Bert. 🤩🤩

Очень спокойное, живописное место. Дом большой, уютный, теплый. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Для тех кто любит уединение советуем. Но те кто любит в шаговой доступности рестораны, магазины, вам во Флеккефьорд. Но в целом расположение дома хорошее, в радиусе 1 часа, много троп куда можно съездить посмотреть на виды с гор. Минус это только крутой заезд наверх к дому и чтобы добраться до воды надо переходить через дорогу, с маленькими детьми может быть опасно. И не было принадлежностей для гриля, зато в свободном доступе дрова, розжиг, спички. Классный дом для большой семьи или компании друзей🤩
