The property was rebuilt from the ground up in 2017, blending original timber beams and local stone with contemporary design to offer guests a haven of peace and comfort. Enjoy panoramic views of rolling hills, spectacular Barossa sunsets, kangaroos amongst the vines and blue wrens on the lawn.

Accommodation with an environmental focus. Stay off grid, in a tiny historic hamlet. Situated between the Barossa Valley and the Adelaide Hills. This ongoing project utilises reused, recycled Nissan Huts (2 huts) to provide a cosy place to stay. 100% solar powered and filtered rain water. The rooms can be configured to suit a couple or twin share on request. All bookings receive a bottle of local Springton/Eden Valley wine and a cheese plater box from the Barossa Cheese Company.

Mt McKenzie Raspberry Farm

If you long for a quiet retreat away from the crowds and close to nature, Mt McKenzie Raspberry Farm could be for you. Perched on the hills above the North Para River in the south eastern ranges of the Barossa, you will be serenaded with the tweets from native birds, bleets from lambs and mesmerised by stunning sunrises and sunsets.
