Beach and nature log cabin

A natural and relatively simple accommodation in a charming, timbered cottage on a forest and beach plot with access to lovely forest walks and swimming from the beach, cliffs and jetty. The cottage is located about 7 km from Västervik city center on a plot shared with our family (2 adults and 3 children aged 8-13 years) and our free-roaming dog. There is about 80 m of forest between the cottage and our house, so you live in relative seclusion with forest and sea bay as the nearest neighbor. At the same time, you pass our house on the way to the cottage and often meet up with the dog and host family who move around a lot on the property in the summers. You should appreciate nature and tranquility but you should not be afraid of people or dogs if you are going to enjoy yourself here :) The cottage is a simple timber cottage on 1 1/2 floors with a lot of charm and a lack of modernities in the form of TV. Here, the children can swim and play in the forest instead :) The property is a hilly forest plot, so unfortunately the accommodation is not very well adapted for disabled people. Pets are more than welcome as long as they work well with children and dogs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to roam freely on the property if they get along well with our own farm dog :) Welcome to a relaxed and nature-oriented vacation at Västerbo!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located, newly-renovated accommodation. Playground by the house for the little ones and a lovely lawn for soccer or kubb. Proximity to the sea and nice swimming areas, tour boats that take you out to our nice archipelago in Tjust. Walking distance to the city center and grocery stores about 5 minutes, as well as restaurants. Visit Lysingsbadet with adventure pool. Parking is available in the yard. Fully-equipped kitchen. Guest house by the river.

It is possible to sleep 4 people if there are 2 children. It is only a few 100 meters to a very nice swimming spot in the Syrsan bay. There is exercise equipment, etc. Close to Västervik Loftahammar Vimmerby, Norrköping, Söderköping and Linköping You can get out into Tjust archipelago with boats from Västervik and Loftahammar It is about 65 km to Astrid Lindgren's World. Close to sledding places. You can enjoy the tranquility of our garden. If you don't want to clean up after you, we do it for an additional cost. SEK 300

Forest cottage with private jetty

For the true nature lover! Here you forget the time and feel alone in the world. You will be staying in a fully off-grid cottage on the lake with private jetty and fire pit. There is a hot outdoor shower and outdoor toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a gas fire and refrigerator incl. freezer compartment. There is 1 double bed on a mezzanine. On the lake there is also a free rowboat and a barrel sauna that you can rent. For every 7 nights you get 1 sauna session for free. Last 100m not accessible by car!

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

You can take a short walk to buy eggs or locally produced apple cider directly from the neighboring farmer, visit cows, horses, chickens and watch deer. Newly renovated garden house for 5 people

Our garden house is a newly renovated accomodation located close to baths, golf and nature with walking distance to the town centre-approximately 10-15 minutes. The house is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and a microwave oven and all the kitchen utensils you might need. During the summer months you also have access to a barbecue. One bathroom with toilet and a shower cubicle. There are 5 beds; one king size bed, one bunk bed and one sofa bed. We wish you very welcome!

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.

Cozy little cottage in Loftahammar

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is located along the forest side of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Parking is free next to the stuga. Family with 2 children (2 and 7) live in the main house, but are generally going to school and work all day long. Loftahammar is a very touristic place with various activities. Boat rental and bicycle rental is possible.
