The Hive Secluded, self catering studio Chichester

We offer a quiet and secure, fully self-contained accommodation with WIFI for 2/3 people in a semi-rural setting, over looking the fields behind. The accomodation is located to the rear of the garden. The french windows opens out on to a private patio, seating and a BBQ area. The drive is private and can be accessed with a key pad at the gate. We are close to the beach, country walks, South downs and cycle routes. We have chickens and bees on the property. Dogs are welcome but need to be on lead

This recently built barn is ideal for a quiet weekend away for two, or to enjoy any of the events at Goodwood (5 miles away). Situated in the village of Fishbourne, close to Bosham, Emsworth and Chichester, it's perfect for walking, cycling, sightseeing or just relaxing in our local pub. Alternatively visit one of our local vineyards (Ashling Park and Tinwood) to sample some Sussex sparkling wine. Ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy a leisurely weekend with all this beautiful area has to offer.

Beautiful outhouse in Bosham village. 5 minute walk to Bosham Harbour and a 10 minute drive into Chichester and 15 minute drive to Goodwood. Enjoy the privacy of your own space with an exclusive eating area on the rear patio which has a table and sun loungers. Free parking available (10 min walk to Bosham train station and 7 min walk to Crate Cafe and the local Coop). You also have Marwicks restaurant on your doorstep. Very peaceful and close to everything you will need for your stay!

Bosham (A) stylish en suite bedroom, self check in

We totally renovated our house a year or two ago and designed our purpose built self contained guest Annexe. The room is bright and light with an ensuite shower room and a SIMBA king size bed. There are a couple of easy chairs to relax in and a little table and chairs to eat/work a. There are no cooking facilities but there is a mini fridge, kettle and toaster and we supply tea, coffee, bread & milk. There is safe parking on our private drive right outside your entrance door.
