Frederick is well known for being one of the safest cities in Colorado multiple years running! It’s quiet and relaxing. I do a lot of writing and the peace is great. Summer 2024: I’m currently making plans for a shady garden. It’s currently just sun scorched dirt and weeds. Here’s to converting wasteful and useles grass-scapes into productive & diverse gardens! Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters.

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
