Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

House overlooking Weimar, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. In our small lovingly designed brick house, right by the vineyard, in our large park-like private property you can relax. The day can start with a breakfast and a good cup of coffee, for example at sunrise on the terrace with magnificent distant views.
