Second time staying with Joe. Great spot for Belfast stay with excellent public transport options

- Wonderful stay here! - It was close to bus links into town, but also very walkable (<40 mins) - place was clean and tidy - place had tea, milk and coffee on arrival which was lovely - well stocked kitchen - comfy bed - very nice area to stay in - local Italian artisan shop was a delight! - Close to a quaint park

Nearly everyday, Nicola checked in with us, when she could find us. 😊. We loved talking to her and she took a genuine interest in us. We were mainly in Belfast to see friends, so didn’t eat much more than breakfast there. However, the kitchen was well appointed and we found everything we would have needed to prepare a fine meal. We had a hiccup one morning when the electric tea kettle bit the dust. I sent her communication and she was out the door in about 15 minutes. Back in a flash with a brand new kettle. No questions asked. We were just delighted to be there and in her care. Would highly recommend her place.

Roseanna was a great host, I was over an hour late past the check in time and she was very helpful in making sure I felt right at home when I finally arrived. Roseanna has a great personality and I would highly recommend anyone considering a trip to Belfast to book a stay at her lovely home.
