Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fiesole

Great spot right in the middle of the action in Florence. The street numbers are confusing - the city has two buildings with the same street number - but Francesco was very helpful and was in communication with us directly until he personally let us into the building. The apartment was beautiful. Note that you do need to walk through one bedroom to get to the other, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. While you do have privacy with doors closed, you would have to walk by a bed to get to the bathroom in the night. The laundry was SO convenient. Great stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was good, in easy walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars for aperitif. It is on the other side of the river from the typical tourist destinations like the David and the Uffizi, but because Florence is so easily walkable, it only took about 20 minutes to walk to any of those areas. This side of the river is definitely quieter, but still has plenty to do (including the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens which are not to be missed)! As far as communication, it was absolutely top notch. We had an issue where the handle on the water faucet in the kitchen broke on Sunday, and the host was extremely quick to respond, and had a plumber out to fix the problem in under an hour. We were shocked and impressed, particularly given it was a weekend. The only thing to be aware of is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room is very good, but the bedroom could get a bit hot at night. Still we would return!

The host, Aris, is worth staying here alone. He was super helpful when we arrived giving us lots of local recommendations which were all great (and also super useful as there are plenty of tourist traps in Florence) he also answered other questions I had about transport promptly. The place itself is lovely, super clean and has all the amenities you’d need. It is about a 15/20 minute walk from the main station and that is the edge of the centre of Florence so if you don’t like walking/can’t, then maybe not the best but for us perfect. Would DEFINITELY stay again

We spent two nights at Valentina's place. We appreciated her proactive approach before we arrived and she was very responsive to our messages when we had questions. There was a kitchen that was functional, the bathroom was clean and the terrace was the WOW highlight of our stay. We were 4 adults in the accommodation, which is a little tight, but for 2 nights it was perfect. The sofa bed and the bed were very comfortable and we were even able to do our laundry there. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is breathtaking and we were able to walk to downtown Florence several times and we enjoyed the grocery store a few steps from the accommodation to stock up. Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Alessandro's apartment was absolutely fantastic - clean, well equipped, quiet and so close to all the amenities. Pasquale - Alessandro's brother-in-law - met us at the apartment to check us in personally. He was thorough in going over all the amenities in the apartment and was kind enough to stock the refrigerator with both still and sparkling water as well as a bottle of prosecco. There were also Nespresso pods and tea provided which we took advantage of along with cornetos and sfogliatella purchased from Madeleine and Gino's Bakery - both within minutes of the apartment. Also so convenient to have an extensive supermarket as well as an awesome gelataria just below the apartment. Pasquale also sent over restaurant recommendations and was kind enough to book a taxi for our departure. Alessandro's apartment is a definite 5 star property that comes with 5 star service from both himself and Pasquale. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Florence!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

We had a lovely stay with our family for a week. The apartment had an amazing private garden which totally made our stay, and host was very responsive. Train station and supermarket are 5 min drive away which is very convenient. We’d recommend having a car from our experience.

Like the other guests, we were completely satisfied and were incredibly warmly received. It's a wonderful family. The accommodation had everything you need to live well and for a nice vacation. We got great tips for activities and felt totally comfortable. Francesco is a very charming, helpful host with whom we had nice conversations. We especially liked the care for children. Our child loved the toys provided, the large garden and the cats. Very clear recommendation.

Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

Giacomo greeted us right away once we areived to his beautiful home. Him and his wife navigated us throughout the home and described how to use all the amenities. He was kind and always available when we needed something. The home is beautiful, private and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. I highly recommend Giacomo's home. Thank you for everything!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

Yes, it is spectacular for all the reasons mentioned by others. The frescoes in the rooms and loggia are most remarkable, and of great historical significance. There’s a manual on site that details all the history, and additional information can be found online on Wikipedia and elsewhere about the frescoes and the garden. Gian is a most excellent host. This Airbnb was an amazing place to stay! It was located in a great spot and it was even more spacious than we were expecting! Super clean and the host responded back very quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to Florence!

We loved this space and when we come to Florence again we will most definitely book here. It was a cool, quiet oasis on the beautiful relaxing side of the Arno. The location was perfect with an easy walk to all the sites but also so quiet and peaceful. We loved the kitchen and cooked multiple days and sat on the sweet patio and enjoyed the local wine. The space was clean and cool and the layout was perfect for 2 people. There’s also a couch bed if another person or one or two children were there. Our hosts were so accommodating and friendly! We have so much love for this special spot in Florence.

We enjoyed our stay in Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. It was in a convenient location to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. It was very hot, so we enjoyed the air conditioning. It had all the amenities as outlined in the description. We wish there was an umbrella on the roof top patio so we could have enjoyed it more, however, we did sit out for early morning coffee and a late night glass of wine. Tatiana met us on arrival and reserved our taxi to the airport. We would recommend this apartment and would stay again.
