This cozy boho themed duplex is located in Carthage, Missouri. It is a fully furnished studio that includes 1 queen bed, and a new innerspring full futon mattress. It has a newly updated bathroom, spacious kitchen, a work area, and high speed internet. A 55” Vizio Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc located in living room. Newly remodeled, 110 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

This is the companion, downstairs apartment to the "Cozy Upstairs Apartment near I-44/Hospitals" This contemporary space has everything you need for a weekend in town or a long-term stay. It's close to the hospitals, the I-44 exit, and restaurants. It is small - probably ideal for no more than two people - but incredibly cozy and the decorations are well-appointed. We try to provide all the basic essentials for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer.
