A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.
