This large and stylishly modernized country house villa is perfect for families and friends with plenty of space to eat, relax and sleep. It is located within walking distance of the beach, has a 100 square meter dining/living area with heated wooden floor and fireplace, a library / study and a sauna. From the 3 terraces and from the house there is plenty of sun all around and with a southwest orientation. Not a very quiet location, as it is close to the main road (soundproofing windows available)

Bäcker, Metzger und Lebensmittler in der Nähe. Bahnhof ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Schliersee in 5 Minuten und Tegernsee 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Skifahrer und Biker ideal. Eigene E-Ladesäule vorhanden. Wir und unsere 2 Katzen wohnen im gleichen Haus im EG und 1. Stock. Gemeinsamer Hauseingang.

In the immediate vicinity, you can jog, take a boat on Lake Tegernsee and take long walks on the lake promenade or hiking tours.

Holiday home at the river

Gmund is the insider tip to stay at lake Tegernsee - our house is situated at the little river Mangfall only 300m away from the train station and 150m from the lake. Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen. We furnished the two-story flat, in a way that our friends, family and you can feel at home: the flat is bright, spacious and cosy. Our holiday home is suitable especially for couples and families.

Downstairs in the house is a stylish cafe, opposite is a supermarket, an inn with traditional Bavarian cuisine, two bus stops and much more.

The apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of an old villa built in 1907 and offers, in addition to contemporary modern comfort, an ingenious panoramic view of Lake Tegernsee with its mountains. Here the name "Talblick Tegernsee" is really the program! You can enjoy an absolutely fantastic view of the Tegernsee Valley from both the bay window and the balconies – in summer and winter, day and night. And without being visible yourself!

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.
