Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.

Cozy apartment with a great roof terrace! Very clean and everything you need in an apartment is there. Ideal for 2 people. Great central location: the highway and the main train station are easily accessible. A beautiful park is right behind the house! The communication was very nice and the key handover totally straightforward. A self check-in would also have been possible. I definitely recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back!

The (simple) apartment has everything you need - and with the table space in the garden in front of the door, more than you can expect. The traffic on the street is made up for by a considerate and prudent Jennifer. The interaction was straightforward.

Really a very, very nice stay! The house is really something special, great, impeccable, tasteful, fully equipped to the last detail. The outdoor facilities are beautiful, spacious, with great views and everything very neat. The hosts are very nice and likeable and have thought of everything, from the equipment, labeling, recommendations in writing. We were there as a family with three children (6, 10, 12) and felt completely comfortable. It is really a very, very good recommendation in its entirety!

The stay for the 4 days was very pleasant. Christine has lovingly furnished the apartment. A very modern kitchen with all the appliances is well equipped. The conservatory with the fireplace is fantastic. Thank you for inviting me to the thermal bath, I enjoyed the evening very much. I'll be back with you on the next business trip in 2026. Thank you for everything....

It's the perfect place to relax and disconnect from the routine. The house is very comfortable, the hostess has always been very kind, and the surroundings of the house have beautiful landscapes, excellent places to walk and is close (10 minutes by car) to restaurants. I highly recommend!
