We really enjoyed this stay! The space was great with everything as described and had everything we needed. It’s a great walkable neighborhood with a market, cute breakfast spot, and the park and zoo all within 10 minutes. As the description says, the space is in the basement of the house, therefore voices and sounds are very easily heard but we generally had no issues with this. The bed was a bit softer than what we’re used to so we didn’t get the best sleep, but that’s just us, and still would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at Timothy’s. It was a great location for us, convenient to all the in town neighborhoods. The photos are very accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Getting into the parking area is not so difficult unless you are driving a large suv. Still we decided to park in the street (plenty of spaces) and didn’t have any issues. Timothy is very responsive and checks in periodically to make sure everything is ok.

We stayed at Phyllis' place and it was absolutely delightful. The AirBnB was so comfortable and the surroundings were lovely. We had two dogs with us and this has been the best AirBnB thus far that we have brought our dogs to. Phyllis is very friendly and very responsive. We will stay there again!!

Beth's place is a gem in the beautiful city of Decatur! We loved sitting on the porch surrounded by the lush trees as a summer thunderstorm rolled through. The neighborhood is peaceful and within walking distance of plenty of shops and restaurants. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a couple nights' stay. The bedding was soooo comfy!! Beth was friendly, gave us privacy, and was gracious enough to allow us to extend our stay an extra night. 10/10 would stay at Beth's place again!

Katherine and everyone were awesome hosts! The location can't be beat if you want to be active, or if you want to break away. The beltline, and numerous restaurants were literally within blocks. Parking was secure and not having to seek out a spot was so convenient. Great Place, we would stay again!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve stayed here multiple times while in town for business, and it truly feels like a home away from home. I’ve tried other hotels in the area, but nothing compares to the warmth and comfort of this spot. The cozy atmosphere, large window overlooking the charming neighborhood, and peaceful garden outside make it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Heather, the host, is incredible – the kind of person who makes you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. She’s attentive, responsive, and clearly takes pride in her space. I only wish every host could be as thoughtful and accommodating as Heather. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a second home than just another stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet and private. I also like the fact that a late checkout was offered for an extra fee! If you are looking for a place to stay in Atlanta, stay here!

Another banger place to keep on my list for Atlanta & you should too! Accommodating, Nice spaces for parking, peaceful neighborhood, Its all there. Do not skip a beat if you come across this listing. Host is amazing and ready to address any problems if you need. P.s. IF YOU WHERE SOCKS INSIDE BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE WOOD FLOORS LOL.

Juanito was an awesome host! My partner and I were traveling for five days, Juanito was so accommodating and responsive. If we had any questions, he was there to help and guide us. I am from Atlanta, so I know the areas pretty well, but Juanito shared new places with us! Which was really exciting. Great place, truly urban oasis! Loved the birds in the morning and how we had a lot of privacy from the busyness of Atlanta! Thanks again John, we will definitely come back!!!

Beautiful space in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Elaine was very responsive with my questions and I would definitely stay there again.

This is a fantastic home for family of 4 or a small group. The remote location is surprisingly private, and convenient for some. The back yard has an amazing landscape. We saw so many beautiful birds, while sitting out. The bathroom was very clean and spacious with great counter space. The living room was very clean, comfortable sofas. The space also had a very nice dining area with a beautiful dinning table. ——- The host was available to answer any questions or concerns. She even had breakfast groceries delivered before we arrived as I had requested. My only recommendation would be to have some outdoor furniture for guests so they can enjoy the outdoor space. My daughter in-law didn’t like the basement lights, so maybe incorporate some soft light lamps in the living room and the bedrooms. There was only 1 coffee mug in the cupboard, nor dish rags to wash dishes so adding some extra dishes for a party of 4 wouldn’t hurt. Overall it was a memorable experience

Quick weekend stay in the area. Joyce was very pleasant and responsive when needed. The place was as described and the neighborhood was very peaceful. As mentioned in her description she does have dogs (which they were outside briefly and seen at least twice during my stay) however, this did not impact my stay in any kind. My only recommendation would be to install a lock of some kind on the door that leads from the guest studio to the main home. This way the guest has the same ability and peace of mind to lock the door from inside the studio as the host. I had no complaints or issues, I would stay at Joyce place again if visiting the area.

Nate and Corinne were great from the start. I contacted them before booking about concerns I had, and they were very quick to respond, and very kind. I loved the place and it’s a quiet area from what I experienced. Traveling as a single female who watches a lot of dateline, I felt safe here and had no issues. I definitely would stay here again!

Just what we needed...a quiet oasis during a weekend visit to our kids and grandkids who all live not that far away. A comfortable (king) bed, cozy living room, and a small functional kitchen loaded with more snacks than I think we've ever seen at an AirbnB. Hosts were very accommodating and our two nights there were peaceful. We expect to be back again next time we come to see the kids.

Richard is a super host! I stayed in Atlanta for 5 nights and it was absolutely relaxing and well taken care of. Richard was there to ensure i had no issue checking in at 1.00 am in the night. I forgot my passport at the Airbnb and when I messaged him, he just took care of the entire thing and made me feel someone has my back. I would highly recommend. The room is large, private bathroom, greenery all around, huge storage area so if you are travelling with lot of luggage - this is a perfect stay for you. Will come back when i am in Atlanta

Great suite… as described & as shown in photos! It is a basement suite, but ceilings are very high so it doesn’t feel cramped at all. Plenty of space and the surrounding neighborhood is picturesque and feels safe. It’s easy to access parts of the Atlanta area, but still feels secluded. Host was very responsive. You will hear some footsteps from residence above, but not in a distracting/intrusive way (plus it was nice knowing people were close by in an emergency)! Check-out duties were straight forward & reasonable. Driveway is a little steep but there’s plenty of space to park and turn around (it was plus to have private parking). Pool table, ping-pong table, office, work out area, massive living room area with tons of seating, outdoor seating/dining area, HGTV-style kitchen, fully stocked bathroom (with shampoo/conditioner/body wash/toilet paper/Q-Tips/hand soap), and bedroom with attached bathroom (with spa-like shower) are all included in the affordable price. Will book again!!!
