Unique outdoor feeling in the mirrored tiny house in the middle of the forest. With connection to a hotel in a secluded location with a heated 13 m x 8 m pool. Experience tiny houses of a special kind, unique in Germany! In the middle of the forest, 2.7 km from the nearest village, you will find our tiny houses with their own plot, 20 square meter terrace with grill and furniture. Inside, next to the bed, there is a sitting area with Hukla armchairs, shower and toilet as well as TV and fridge.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Modernly converted overseas container as a tiny house

The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe haven in Wertheim. Not only our environment benefits from the creative upcycling idea, but you do too. The tiny house offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26 m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own home.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Apartment near the Maintal bike path with a parking space and a Wallbox. Our apartment has a large, well-equipped kitchen/living room with a stove, oven and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom with a 1.80 m bed for 2 people and one bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed. Parking space in front of the house with the option of charging an electric car for an additional fee. If you only want to stay for 1 night, please inquire separately.

The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

The marketplace is about 50 m away and all shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. There is a parking place available in the immediate vicinity. There is a ground-level bicycle cellar (4 steps) for bicycles. E-bikes can be stored and charged free of charge.

Beautiful spacious apartment  for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment has about 95 m², with a terrace with approx. 45 m² and a balcony with 6 m². Pets are welcome here. For each animal we charge a one-time fee of €70 per animal.
