Living room 18 sqm with oak parquet, full kitchen, dining area, 160 cm double bed and 116 cm sofa bed. Fully tiled bathroom 6 sqm with wc, shower and washing machine with dryer as well as closet. Located between quiet street and park in Hökarängens Trädgårdsstad from 1947. Forest area with exercise track and outdoor gym very close. 10 min. to metro + 20 min to Stockholm city.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Family-friendly area with playground as well as walking distance to swimming and wildlife.
