The apartment is functional, prepared to receive, spotlessly clean and our stay was great. The location is spectacular, a real getaway.

Huge house, well equipped, surrounded by nature and with easy access. Ideal for gathering friends and families! The kids were delighted with the dorm room! Recommended!

Good hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was great, we played in the game room, breakfast was good too, paid separately. Market near the hotel, just a few steps away. Very comfortable bed. Carlos was super kind and helped with some unforeseen events. I highly recommend it.

The place exceeded my expectations, with all the necessary items for a peaceful stay — well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent shower and very well-organized environments. The service was also impeccable: the host was always attentive, helpful and responded quickly to all questions. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend the stay and, if I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back!

An excellent accommodation, the location is quiet and with plenty of privacy, despite being practically in downtown Gramado. We did most of the activities walking: 9 minutes to Rua Coberta. The property is in excellent condition: good furniture, equipped, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and good bed and bath linens. I recommend it to everyone on the platform!

The apartment is located in a very quiet area and in a condominium that provides a lot of security. The area has several restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the center where more services are located. The apartment is very comfortable and functional, we were 5 people and we were very comfortable.

Sensational! We were 10 people and the experience was great. Guilherme and Ines are extremely helpful. The house is perfect and we were greeted with the fireplace lit, a delight! I highly recommend it and it is perfect for going with family or friends.

Very cozy and comfortable space, you could walk to the most touristy part of Gramado, a factor that made us choose this property was the kitchen, because my wife has celiac disease and we had to make our own meals because there are few options in the city that she can go to and the kitchen was well equipped, there is a large market nearby which made everyday life easier, in addition to the sofa bed, there was a single mattress too, there were 4 of us, me, my wife, my 6-year-old daughter and my mother, we were well accommodated, we just couldn't use the streaming but we didn't think that was a problem because we didn't spend much time in the property to watch TV

My family and I liked it very much, it was excellent, it surprised us positively!! Thank you for the stay and if possible we will return more often!
