Our experience was excellent! We have nothing but praise. The apartment exceeded all our expectations, everything impeccable in every detail: clean, organized, cozy and beautifully decorated. It had a high-quality hair dryer, if I had known I wouldn't have taken mine haha. The apartment is a true refuge! It has a breathtaking deck with an amazing view. I was even more surprised to discover that there was a gym on site, which was a super differential and I didn't even know it had one! The host, Renan, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the stay, which made a total difference. It is a little far from downtown Gramado, but the apartment itself makes up for this distance. We would definitely come back and I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The apartment is really nice!! It has beautiful decor, the shower is wonderful, there is hot air conditioning in the bedroom, the bedroom closet is great for handling suitcases and hanging clothes, the kitchen is well-equipped, the dining table is practical, and the living room is comfortable. Its location is great, easy to go to the tours. The parking space is very narrow and requires a lot of maneuvering to park as mentioned in the listing, but leaving it on the street is super safe, and we chose to keep the car only at night. Check-in and check-out was very practical. I recommend the place!

Very pleasant location, the apartment is very functional, well located and comfortable. Especially for the cold days, the hot air conditioning, fireplace and heated floor make the stay very pleasant. Apartment as described, with clean bed and bath linens. It has infrastructure and utensils to be comfortable. André is very attentive from the first contact until the departure. The surroundings have supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, etc!

Kely has been very attentive since the confirmation of my reservation. City Council has sent recommendations and has always been available in the chat. The apartment is like the photos and very clean. Great space for a couple. Township for night comfort, I noticed that the bed has a level of firmness that may be a matter of individual preference, and for those with specific preferences, considering taking your own pillows can be interesting. The surroundings and the region do not have many options to do, but it is a great location for those who go to the vineyard script by Serra Gaúcha. Kely also recommended the car service to us as Uber does not work in the city and the cellular signal is bad for DDDs in other states. I recommend the apartment and the host.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, very spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. We were close to several markets, pharmacies and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great, they were always available and responded quickly.

The space of Júlio served us very well. We were in town for a seminar at UCS and we were able to walk every day. The apartment is very pleasant, comfortable beds with good bedding, blankets and towels. We use the kitchen only to make coffee and heat some food, but it seems to me that for those who need to cook it will serve very well. Service area also complete. Pleasant room with food table, sofa and TV. The bathrooms are gas-heated and just open well and wait for the water to get hot. Building with 24hs concierge, playground, quiet area, etc. In the surrounding area you can easily access to pharmacies and supermarkets. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Caxias do Sul, especially if you go to work and/or need to access the university. As a suggestion, only the provision of a dish rack in the kitchen is available.

The apartment is quite compact, small, perhaps the smallest I have ever stayed in, accommodating a maximum of two people, exactly as described in the listing. The space is modern, clean and equipped with excellent quality appliances. As a point of improvement, I would suggest a larger and more up-to-date TV in the room, with more connectivity options. The bathroom faucet had a slight leak and was loose, but nothing that significantly compromised the experience. I also highlight the attitude of the owner, always very helpful, attentive and ready to help, which certainly contributed to a pleasant stay.

Excellent accommodation! Spacious and very modern apartment. Not to mention the location, which was extremely private and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gramado (which is at most 8 minutes away by car). I will certainly choose this accommodation every time I am in Gramado. Every cent.

From the first contact with Willian, it was always very fluid. Our trip was for work and it was very cold in Bento Gonçalves. The apartment was well heated and the bed allowed us a great night's sleep. We feel that everything was cleaned and organized with great affection and care to welcome us. On new visits to Bento, we will try to book with William again.

We had a very good weekend, great infrastructure, excellent for those who have children. Super recommend the home, host responded quickly, very kind. We will return as soon as possible.

Great accommodation. The location is good for those who want to visit the Lindenhof Restaurant and the Eldebrau Brewery, they are practically on the same block (at most 250m away), so you can drink at will without worry. The apartment is impeccable. I don't usually comment on accommodations I've stayed in, but this is one I definitely recommend for everyone to know.
