We loved our stay in Bento!!! The apartment is beautiful and exactly clean, very faithful to the photos in the listing. Marlon is a super kind and proactive host, he was always ready to help whenever we had any questions. About the location, I also thought it was great! The street of the apartment itself does not have so much commerce, but it is only a few blocks from good restaurants, markets, pharmacies, etc. Since we were in a car, the commute was super easy and fast! I recommend it and would certainly stay there again!

The apartment is really nice!! It has beautiful decor, the shower is wonderful, there is hot air conditioning in the bedroom, the bedroom closet is great for handling suitcases and hanging clothes, the kitchen is well-equipped, the dining table is practical, and the living room is comfortable. Its location is great, easy to go to the tours. The parking space is very narrow and requires a lot of maneuvering to park as mentioned in the listing, but leaving it on the street is super safe, and we chose to keep the car only at night. Check-in and check-out was very practical. I recommend the place!

Inês is a sweetheart. She took the key in her hands and greeted us with many treats and even tickets to Fenavinho, we were delighted with so much affection ❤️ The location is close to everything, excellent value for money. PERFECT apartment, brand new, very clean and I warned her that I'm cold lol, Inês promptly received me with a duvet and blanket... how affectionate. Of all the Airbnb's I've been to, this was our best choice. I highly recommend it and God willing I want to return again to be a guest of dear and loving Inês. Our experience was excellent! We have nothing but praise. The apartment exceeded all our expectations, everything impeccable in every detail: clean, organized, cozy and beautifully decorated. It had a high-quality hair dryer, if I had known I wouldn't have taken mine haha. The apartment is a true refuge! It has a breathtaking deck with an amazing view. I was even more surprised to discover that there was a gym on site, which was a super differential and I didn't even know it had one! The host, Renan, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the stay, which made a total difference. It is a little far from downtown Gramado, but the apartment itself makes up for this distance. We would definitely come back and I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Apartment as described, with clean bed and bath linens. It has infrastructure and utensils to be comfortable. André is very attentive from the first contact until the departure. The surroundings have supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy, etc!

Super cozy atmosphere, very quiet place, super complete condominium, great location. My wife and a couple of friends liked it so much that we already want to go back, in terms of cleanliness I believe they could leave a dishcloth, floor cloth and a couple of extra towels per room. Because having a pool, you get wet and then not having a dry place for the bath. Everything else is fine, air-conditioning in all rooms, heats the whole house, smart TV in all rooms in case you want to watch movies, series and the like. Hot showers and great for bathing since it's very cold. The apartment was better than we imagined, we would definitely return to it in another stay in Gramado.

Great accommodation. The location is good for those who want to visit the Lindenhof Restaurant and the Eldebrau Brewery, they are practically on the same block (at most 250m away), so you can drink at will without worry. The apartment is impeccable. I don't usually comment on accommodations I've stayed in, but this is one I definitely recommend for everyone to know.
