Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Very bright and very central 75 sqm apartment, located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator and sea view from every room! Long and wide balcony so much that you can eat! Parking is available under the house and in the immediate vicinity. The long beach (free at 200 meters and equipped at 350 meters) is easily reachable on foot! Important: the accommodation is all flat (there are no climbs to reach it!) and IT IS not close TO the railway, so... tranquility, no noise!
