House vacation rentals in Falciano del Massico

Our stay at Livingapple was wonderful and comfortable! The house was equipped with everything we needed, even the smallest details! We had the most beautiful and peaceful days. Wir verbrachten erholsame zwei Wochen bei Salvatore. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren,wie im Inserat, beschrieben. Man braucht ein Auto, um zu einem Restaurant zu gelangen und einige Unternehmungen zu machen. Im nächsten Ort ist aber auch eine gute Bahnverbindung, um nach Rom oder Neapel zu fahren. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr ländlich gelegen. Die frischen Früchte aus dem Garten, durften wir ernten. Der Pool ist war toll. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus weiter empfehlen.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

A world class view, we enjoyed being out of the towns and next to a wonderful local restaurant. The Casa felt like a much loved home rather than a commercial rental. The drive up has been mentioned before. It is very steep and passing cars coming the other way was initially challenging but we gained in confidence quickly. Our Fiat Panda did the job but a small 4x4 would have been ideal.

Il piccolo zaffiro è un posto unico: panorama mozzafiato, giardino ricco e ben curato, silenzioso, con cucina attrezzata... e naturalmente una bella piscina per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di sole e mare! La casa si trova nella periferia di Barano d'Ischia e si può raggiungere dalla stazione degli autobus di Ischia porto con la linea numero 6, che vi lascerà a 5 minuti a piedi dal vialetto d'ingresso (in salita!). Raggiungibile a piedi c'è una fontana per l'acqua, un bar (Nik bar), un bazar, una pizzeria e un supermercato ben fornito! Tuttavia per girare l'isola è meglio dotarsi di un mezzo di trasporto, che può essere posteggiato comodamente nello spazio che gentilmente gli host riservano agli ospiti. Yuri e Michele sono stati disponibili ed efficienti, rispondendo alle nostre richieste in brevissimo tempo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa e, piuttosto che uscire la sera, abbiamo preferito rimanere allo zaffiro per goderci aperitivi in piscina al tramonto e cenette romantiche in giardino.

We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad in deze prachtige vakantiewoning in Formia. Het huis is mooi en ligt in een schitterende tuin vol olijf- en citrusbomen, waar op een natuurlijke manier gebruik is gemaakt van materialen zoals rotsen – echt een sfeervolle plek om te verblijven. Het contact met de verhuurder Diego verliep heel soepel; hij reageerde steeds snel op onze vragen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door zijn ouders, wat ons meteen welkom liet voelen. Hoewel het zwembad nog niet gevuld was (zoals vooraf aangegeven), was het met het mooie weer wel even jammer dat we er geen gebruik van konden maken – dat had het verblijf helemaal perfect gemaakt. De omgeving biedt veel mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en activiteiten. Kortom: een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust en Italiaanse charme!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Stunning views from the balcony out to the port. The room was lovely, light, airy and clean with all amenities needed. The hotel is a short stroll to the main town, and the bus station where you can hop on a bus and go anywhere on the island. Such a great location, peaceful and quiet. Francesco was the most amazing host, could not praise him more. He picked us up from the port and dropped us off, always so kind helpful. A perfect stay in a beautiful place! 😁

We waren hier voor 3 dagen en hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. De hele familie was ontzettend gastvrij en aardig en kregen we van alles aangeboden zoals zelfgemaakte mozzarella of een mooie wijn uit de omgeving, heel erg lief en super lekker! Ook gaf Alessio ons goede tips voor bijvoorbeeld ons bezoek aan Napoli. Het huis en de keuken zijn volledig uitgerust waardoor je lekker kan koken in het huis. Bij het huisje buiten kan je privé zitten, verder deel je de tuin en het zwembad met de familie. Ze hebben katten die naar je toe komen en aanhankelijk zijn, daar moet je van houden :-). Al met al zijn we super blij dat we hier verbleven en zouden we het zeker aanraden om hier een aantal nachten te blijven, het is een fijne plek weg van de drukte en alles bezienswaardigheden zijn binnen het uur met de auto te bereiken.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The family felt relaxed and happy the moment that we arrived, met our hosts and settled into our stay! Our hosts were kind and generous people, who left a basket of the farm produce for us to eat. It was delicious! Grazie! This was the best place we have ever stayed. The pictures of the house are accurate but they cannot communicate how beautiful the house and area are. The outside area is very well thought out and the hammock is a joy! The beach is stunning and clean with beautiful clear water and easy swimming. The location of the property means that you feel have you plenty of space and privacy. Alessandro is very helpful and responsive and kindly arranged to pick us up from the station. If you want privacy, peace, relaxation and the beach this is perfect. We only wished we could have stayed longer. A couple of tips - the walk along the beach to the town is about a kilometre and there is a supermarket on Via Cristoforo Colombo that has more than enough choice. If you want a quick coffee in the morning take a right when you come down the stairs to the beach and Salette beach club is a couple of minutes away. The old town is lovely but steep to get there. Loved it.

Gemütliche Unterkunft in idealer Lage auf der idyllischen Insel Procida. Wir haben es geliebt auf der Terrasse zu sitzen, aufs Meer zu blicken und das entspannte Treiben der Marina Corricella zu beobachten.

Could not of been more perfect! The location, the size and the terrace was just what we needed! A 10 minute walk from multiple beaches and a quaint meander through the cobbled streets into the town of Forio! Amazing host, could not have been happier!

La casa è una vera chicca: esattamente come mostrata nelle foto. Pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ma soprattutto, regna il silenzio: una pace totale. Giovanni, il proprietario, è fantastico: sempre attento alle nostre esigenze, disponibile e una persona davvero piacevole con cui conversare. Se alla casa diamo 5 stelle, il giardino merita decisamente un 10 stelle…semplicemente stupendo. Un luogo ideale per chi cerca relax e vuole godersi la tranquillità della casa e del suo splendido giardino. Consigliatissimo!

Vous avez le souci du détail et cela transparaît dans chaque aspect de votre affaire, tant dans les installations qu’au niveau de la communication, même si on ne parle pas la même langue. L’appartement était d’une propreté extrême. Le lit, avec un matelas ferme et des draps impeccables. Nous avons aussi apprécié la salle de bain moderne et spacieuse. L’accès à une terrasse privée et au terrain clôturé, aussi. L’emplacement est aussi idéal, tout près du port et de la rue Libertà, bien desservie. Bref, nous n’avons rien de négatif à dire. Merci aussi pour l’entrée hâtive et le dépôt de nos bagages après le Check-out, c’était très gentil de l’offrir. Au plaisir et longue vie à votre villa. 🌸🏝️🍋👅🐂

We had a great stay at Adriano's place. The garden is very nice and only a few minutes walk to the beach or Forio. Adriano's mother Rita is a very kind and hospitable host!

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay! The place was just like the listing – tidy, comfortable, and in a great spot. Luisa was friendly and quick to respond. I’d definitely come back!

Pina is een zeer gastvrije gastvrouw. Het huis was pico bello. Ze verwelkomde ons met een zelfgebakken taart en de dag voor vertrek kregen we ook nog een heerlijk gerecht voor het avondeten. Ze is zorgzaam op de achtergrond. Het huis is een prima plek om van daaruit de omgeving te bekijken: paleis van Caserta, Napels, Pompei, de Amalfische kust, het eiland Procida. Kortom: van harte aanbevolen.

L'esperienza nell'alloggio di Domenico è stata meravigliosa. È davvero raro trovare un host che riesca a trasmettere così tanto e a farti sentire a come a casa. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione impagabile, con vista sull'isola di Vivara e un accesso al mare diretto: scendendo due rampe di scale si accede a un breve percorso su roccia che porta a uno specchio d'acqua incantevole. L'alloggio è comodo e pulito, grazie a Domenico lo abbiamo raggiunto dal porto in breve tempo: durante il tragitto ci ha segnalato tutti i punti di interesse sull'isola e nei dintorni dell'alloggio. Per un soggiorno a Procida consiglio questa struttura magnifica. Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente Pietro

Appartement qui donne sur une terrasse et une vue imprenable. Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Excellente prestation. Je recommande ❤️

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Adembenemend verblijf, fantastisch uitzicht in een rustig gebied van de Amalfi. Als we hier ooit nogmaals komen, boek ik het opnieuw. In Scala centrum ben je in 10 min (lopend). Wij huurden een scooter tijdens ons verblijf. Bussen waren tijdens ons verblijf ook betrouwbaar.

Rosanna was an amazing host She went out of her way and picked us up...although the address listed on this posting was incorrect. I did point this out so I hope she does correct it. Forio is a great location for Ischia. Close to Poseidon thermal baths, Mortella Gardens, Sant' Angelo and great restaurants. Would highly recommend!

It was so lovely staying here! I spent a lot of my time at the home because the views were so beautiful! Would definitely stay here again. Teresa was so helpful and accommodating!!
