Excellent hubic studio in the north of Tel Aviv, close to the beach and points to get to know in the City. The studio has an excellent equipment of everything you are going to specify in your stay. The communication with Yael is totally fluid and the instructions to access the building are simple. I recommend and come back!

Beautiful apartment in great location.

We had a wonderful stay at Noa's apartment for our first few nights before heading to Haifa. Check-in was super smooth, and Noa was an excellent communicator, explaining everything we needed to know clearly. The apartment itself is full of light and life, making us feel right at home. The location is truly perfect – we loved being just across the street from a supermarket, dining options, an ATM, and other nice stores. Bus stops were within easy walking distance, and we also enjoyed finding great coffee places like Cafe Gargar nearby. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to other guests! It's a hidden gem!

My first time in this very cute, high-spec new build in Florentine. The EZ operation is smooth and reliable. The apartments are very comfortable, well equipped, and on a quiet street (a big plus in TLV). The balcony is a lovely treat, and your sleep in the safe room will be undisturbed. Highly recommend 🙏

Very nice place in the heart of Florentin. Everything is close to the apartment - cafes, bars, restaurants, shops. The owner was in touch and provided everything that I asked. Without problems. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! Having a coffee on the balcony every morning was such a treat! The location was excellent as we wanted to be close to family in Ramat Gan. The flat was clean and comfortable and we didn't need to drive around and look for parking.

The place is located in the city center, with excellent transportation, very convenient and well located.

The apartment is great and very inviting, well furnished, sterile clean and has a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable to use. In addition to this, the landlord is a golden person talking at eye level, thoughtful, caring and pleasant.

Chen is an extremely responsive host and has thought of everything that you might need. If he can't meet you face-to-face and show you around, he will send you very clear video instructions. The apartment is bright and beautiful. It has an open floor plan (which I love) with two bedrooms directly off of a kitchen/living room area. The apartment has a safe room (one of the bedrooms) which can be hard to find in Tel Aviv and there is a view of Tel Aviv all the way to the sea. There is a parking spot under the building which is right near the elevator and easy to get into and out of. I am very much looking forward to returning for a longer stay!

This was a perfect location to the beach and great restaurants. The outdoor space surpassed our expectations and we could reach out to our host for a quick response. We will definitely be back!

Besides the beautiful and unusual modern design of the flat and great location, Elena is a generous, kind, and thoughtful host. She provided great pots, pans, and utensils to prepare meals. The refrigerator, the lighting, products for bathing...everything is good quality and there for you unlike so many other places. Every day I felt the touch of a host that responds to all questions quickly and wants you to have a great stay in her great city. Viva Tel Aviva!

The apartment is huge – each of us had our own bathroom and shower, and there was a large, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The facilities in the complex are really nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, though the outdoor pool was a bit cold, and we also took a lovely walk along the promenade. Lionel is an amazing host – caring, thoughtful, and responsive to every question or request we had. He truly went above and beyond our expectations! Would you like a shorter version or something more casual?

The apartment is very nice, spacious, and clean. We really enjoyed staying there. It is in a very central location. Communication with David was very fast and friendly. Make sure we have everything and nothing is missing.

The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. We loved the location. Being located inside a hotel was a huge plus since the security as well as services were a big plus. Elad was very much willing to please and truly appreciated our being in Israel during these difficult times. His concern for our happiness was sincere and welcome. I would recommend a stay at this property.

This was my second stay in this apartment. It’s lovely and peaceful and extremely well-located. Quick and easy access to restaurants, shops, Rothschild Boulevard, Tayelet and beaches, Carmel Market, etc. Perfect for someone visiting for a week or two. I’ve stayed there in both summer and winter and it suited me very well. The owner, Moshe, is a nice man, and accommodating.
