Cabin vacation rentals in Everglades

In Vaquero and me, We loved the stay! It was a nice birthday gift for me 🙋🏼‍♀️🫶🏻A place to relax and enjoy nature, a clean and safe place for adventures and to know new places .

Fantastic stay for the price. Very peaceful place and the staff on property were very kind. The house itself was great. Robin gave us some great recommendations for things to try around the area.

Everyone was so nice and answer any concerns that I had even though I was late to check in it didn’t matter to them they got me settled right in I wouldn’t take no chances going to any other places when I come to visit again I thank you guys for making my trip stress free

This is such a beautiful cabin and as soon as I got there I was greeted by the host (a cutie kitty cat) and by the second night, it liked to stay inside with us yaaaayyy. Would definitely return when I visit the Everglades again.

The 4 of us had a great stay at our cabin at Old Wooden Bridge which we found to be a very convenient base to visit the other keys. Having a full working kitchen and own BBQ with plenty of seating both inside and outside was a definitely a plus. A shopping mall with a large supermarket is only a 5 minute drive away. Appreciating that the accommodation is a cabin, we did feel however that the bathroom could do with modernising and the double beds with two adult occupants are rather on the small side. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the owners were very helpful with snorkelling and beach recommendations.

We had a really good time there and the location was great and close to our charter. People were nice. The only recommendation we would make is to have ice trays in the freezer. Thank you for a great experience.

Bernie’s Airbnb was absolutely amazing and was perfect for a night away for my fiancé and I. The home was very clean and comfortable. The outside ambiance was very peaceful and so fun to be so close to the creek and wildlife. We took advantage of the kayaks available for use, however we did not last very long on the river after seeing an alligator within minutes (still such an awesome experience!)! The location was very close to many restaurants/bars as well. Would 100% recommend this place!

Had a great time in Taimys Cabin. Room was spacious and clean and the courtyard was very peacful. I didn't spend too much time there overall but I did become very friendly with a local cat KiKi that would pass through. The whole neighborhood had so many cats out and about so, it was incredible. Only downside was one of the neighbors had construction going, but it started at about 8am so not too bad and our not Taimys hands besides Its a bit of a walk to the main streets of Little Havana so you may want to have a car or be prepared to Uber anywhere. Will look for this listing next time I'm in Miami

Boat docks , canal is shallow need to be careful, nice piece full place very good nice people stuff

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights, and we brought our dogs. We had a fabulous time and loved the Tropical Cottages! Clean, cute, and had everything we needed. Very dog friendly as advertised. Great location too. The tiki bar and taco truck are added bonuses. I would definitely book here again and recommend to friends, with or without their pups!

We wanted to experience a camping type evening in the Everglades complete with alligators in the lakes we certainly got this at Jack’s place it is ideal for this experience it is as described A basic hut/shed with just a bed air-conditioning and bedside cabinets that’s it. The shower block and toilets are equally as primitive and could do with refurbishing but this is camping rural style , it’s not posh but it does somehow have a real charm , we loved it , had a campfire right outside the hut and watched the stars fab , Jack was extremely helpful as I left an item there , he forwarded it to my next stop ,many thanks . Only one word of caution ,DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE BUGS / mosquitoes we can do dot to dot pictures on ourselves with the amount of bites where we hadn’t sprayed sufficiently,,,,,, really , otherwise great experience

This cabin is exactly as described. The bed was so comfortable. Joanne and Louis are very friendly and make you feel very welcomed. They graciously let us check out late as our next h it was t available yet. The pool are was very nice to relax by.

Great place close to mostly everything in Miami. 15 minutes walk to Miami Design District and 13 to 16 Dollars uber to mostly everything touristic in Miami like Wynwood, Little Havana, Brickell and Miami beach. Mary and Agustin are great and friendly

Stacey is a very prompt and courteous host. Her place is very nice and has a great kitchen. The condo is setup to accomodate fishing and day trips to Naples / Ft Myers as the ferry to and from the island on which the condo resides stops between 7 - 9pm. Brian and Cindy are the ferry Captains and are extremely helpful with luggage and helping, when needed, with amenities. The home has TVs in every room and great wifi along with acess to Netflix and Amazon Prime. For those looking to unplug, there is a huge screened in porch and many wonderful relaxing lounge chairs in the condo. Full size fridge with ice maker and even a wine cooler! Highly recommend her place as a great getaway for those looking to fish. With over 20 charter captains working out of Everglades City you should be able to pick up a seasoned veteran to help you keep the lines taught.

We arrived at the location and we had a little confusion so, we called Brigida and she answered right away. The place is clean and had the things you need to cook a meal and all the toiletries needed for the bathroom etc. The outside areas were abundant, clean and pleasant for relaxation. Also very private. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was clean and hot. We spent a good amount of time iguana watching in the tree tops. Don’t worry they’re completely harmless to people. The spot is close to everything you may want to do in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. No more than a 30/45 minute drive. There were stores and places to eat close by, for convenience. Overall, Brigida was a great host and very helpful and easy to deal with. Hopefully, we can head back to the area soon and have her as a host, again.

Great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. Easy parking for both our truck and boat, which made things super convenient. Sarah was friendly and very responsive. We didn’t end up using the boat slip, but it was nice knowing it was available. Would definitely recommend!

We had fun while we were there

Exceptional waterfront accommodation. We saw rays and dolphins when we got up, it was exceptional. The living room sofa is simply not suitable for sleeping on but I hope the owner will change it? An exceptional memory for the whole family!

This was a last minute trip for us and this property worked out perfectly. Easy to get to, easy access to all of the outdoor Everglades experiences and equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. There is a boat ramp on property that only charges $20 to launch. Once in the water, the unit has its own dock. We didnt bring a boat this time but we would in the future. There is a bar with live music right around the corner and several great, locally owned restaurants in Everglades City. This place was super low key but with modern amenities. Be sure to stop at the Publix in Naples before getting there because there are no grocery stores. We would definitely stay at this property again.
