Place was truly fantastic and well worth the money. The staff was super responsive and my whole Bach group had an amazing time.

Belle’s place felt like home, and honestly one of the best I’ve stayed in. It was very comfortable and she had thought of so many nice extras. The balcony outside the master bedroom was perfect for morning coffee and the closets and beautiful bathrooms were spacious. The sofa had an automatic reclining feature that was awesome for watching Netflix. And the view was so nice! The back yard was pleasant for watching the ducks and other birds. Belle was pleasant to work with and I would definitely stay at her place again. Highly recommend.

This place seriously exceeded the photos! The house is so beautifully taken care of and in such a quiet spot.

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

If I can give 10 stars I would. Hospitality was on another level. Cody dropped off a fishing rod and left the fridge loaded with drinks. Lakes loaded with fish. I was supposed to check out for 11am Cody let me extend the stay till 5PM to better accommodate my flight. Cody your a gent , will definitely be booking another trip. 🤙

If you are looking for a Maldives trip in Florida, then book here! We had a flight delay and missed our ferry and Joe was proactive helping us book a captain to transport us to the home after hours. Not only is the place EXACTLY like the pictures you could not find more serene surroundings to drink your morning coffee and watch gorgeous sunsets on the deck with your family. Cooking at the house takes so much pressure with traveling with the toddler even though we booked Bo the private chef for the evening. Loved driving around the golf cart and now our almost two year old’s new word she learned, turtle after one she saw exploring. We saw dolphins as captain chris drove us back to the dock to go home, the worst part was having to GO HOME! 10/10 recommend. Book with Joe!

Not a lot of places in this area have this kind of backyard. At this price, we could not have been happier. Great comfy space inside with comfortable beds. And tremendous pool and lake side view. Bad weather while we were there but we still made time to take a swim. Truly enjoyable. Highly recommend this home.

Norma was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. Her replies were prompt and she provided outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment. She checked in with us frequently. Her rental is adorably nautical, clean and well-maintained. I loved her style! She made sure we had everything we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was peaceful and absolutely beautiful, right next to a lake—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The home was clean, well-maintained, and looked exactly like it did in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to assist with any questions or minor issues that came up, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Had a great 4 day weekend with my family at Val’s place and it was a great experience! The beach and boardwalk is super close and lots of fun! My daughter loved the upstairs nook :) very communicative and friendly!

This is a small apartment in a great location. If you are visiting Miami and you want go out to explore and come back just to sleep and shower, then this is the perfect place for you. Chloe is a great hostess, very friendly and responsive. Her welcome videos are very informative and with a charming French accent.

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

Beautiful views! Comfy bed! Good size bathroom! The building always clean and smells so nice! Bar lounge and breakfast is excellent! Valet parking staff are always friendly! Dana has excellent communication with the her guest. Have stayed at her place several times.

The house was perfect for our needs during the trip. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a private driveway but conveniently close to many shops and activities. The fenced in backyard with the pool and mini golf was the perfect safe space to let our kids enjoy in between scheduled plans and visits. The house was clean. All the needed amenities were readily available and the host was quick to respond. Highly recommend for anyone (especially families with kids) needing to stay in the area!

Olivia is an AMAZING host! She was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with and was extremely accommodating. The location of this stay is beautiful - right on a pond with exciting wildlife - birds, turtles, etc. and walking distance to the beach. Clean, nicely updated. No complaints whatsoever!

This home was so beautiful and very cozy. Our family enjoyed our stay. The host was Very responsive and even had a pack-n-play and high chair set up For us when we arrived. We enjoyed the privacy of the home - the yard was beautiful as well as the inside of the home. It had a very beachy vibe, it was clean, crisp, and cool, especially in the hot, hot weather. It was a close drive to most of the locations we wanted to enjoy while we were there. Really appreciate the opportunity to stay here and we would stay here again!

Wonderful stay at this idyllic location - it's like you're living in your own secluded natural paradise. But then you walk a few minutes and you're in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging round the swimming pool and our visiting baby turtles in the lake! There are fantastic restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Friendly owners, private location and a clean place to stay. All you could really ask for. If ever in Fort Meyers again, I would certainly look to come here first.
