I had a wonderful experience staying here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, and the check-in process was smooth and simple. They were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I felt welcome and had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cute home that served our needs very well. The beds were comfortable. The house is located in the country but still very close to town. We enjoyed our stay.

What a nice place to stay! Everything was very nice, new, clean, and felt like home. Would definitely love to stay again when we come back. They set the standard, model home.

We had a lovely stay here with plenty of room to spread out and plenty of seating for visiting family. The place was very clean and comfy. The only drawback was the construction on the road creating dust which can’t be helped. We had a great stay nonetheless.

I would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a short getaway in a quite beautiful historic town. Pat's accommodation were well appreciated.

Great place to stay with my family. The house was clean, updated and well stocked. The back patio was a great place to relax with morning coffee or an evening beverage, even in rainy weather! We all enjoyed the added bonus of a hot tub! It was clean and perfect temp. Only downside was that the house had physical keys instead of just using a keypad (which the house was equipped with). It’s just difficult to have 5 of us in different directions and figuring out 2 physical house keys and schedules. I definitely prefer places with keypads but other than that the house was perfect. Host was very responsive when I reached out with questions. I would stay here again if I’m in the area

We loved this place! It was even bigger than it looked in photos. The bathroom was amazing! The hot tub was perfect and large, it was great watching the pacers game in the hot tub watching the rain outside. Location is great, with shops and restaurants to walk to. And a special bonus is we got to get a sneak peak on the new apartment for rent The Cooper 2 on the same floor where we were! It was just as beautiful and spacious, loved the extra room to spread out for the family! I would love to rent both places next time we visit. We had the whole floor to ourselves. The little extra touches were so thoughtful, and even snacks! The owners go above and beyond. We felt safe and it was easy to get to. And it was very clean!

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was a great location in downtown, walkable to restaurants, the river and most importantly our son’s apartment , so extremely convenient for us. Very comfortable and cozy. Kale was communicative and made check in a breeze. We’ll definitely book again when we come to visit our son.

Erica was so sweet and awesome to get to know! She was very understanding and attentive. There is a reason why it's called a cozy corner, because the apartment was clean, comfortable and inviting. We really enjoyed our time there. It had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying at The Cozy Corner.

We had a fantastic stay at Rolling Meadows Place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked - everything from spices to a Keurig, air fryer, and even cookbooks! The fenced in back yard was also a great bonus! Check-in was easy, the neighborhood was peaceful but close to everything, and the host was responsive and kind. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Evansville!
