Through panoramic windows, you can look directly at the crystal clear water from the bedroom and living room. From the balcony on the 12th floor (final floor) you can watch the most beautiful sunsets. This is where geese chatter at eye level. Pure nature and tranquility! The rooms have been newly decorated and partly painted. In the bedroom and the living room, the carpet was replaced by a new wooden look design floor. The Baltic Sea can be reached within 20 minutes by car. The property is directly at the Schwentine. Lake Kellersee and Dieksee can be reached via the Schwentine or via a short walk. Lake access is only about 100 meters from the house. From here you can start a tour by inflatable boat in summer and drift across the lake or use the space for swimming. Scharbeutz beach is only 5 minutes by car from the apartment.
