Great stay! I was staying for work for one night, but it’s a great location for exploring central London. Saying that, you are in central London so it’s not perfectly quiet, I did hear people coming in the building at night and bin men in the morning, but you can still get a good nights sleep! Contact with the host was excellent, they replied to any question of mine so quickly!

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s property! The location was better than we could have expected. The neighbourhood was so beautiful and vibrant with amazing food, walkable distance to Portobello road market and easy access to the tube. The property was also extremely clean and bed super comfy. My only change would be an additional or bigger fan as we were experiencing quite a heat wave and it was a little noisy if we left the bedroom windows open at night. Apart from that 10/10! Thanks for having us. :)

I had a lovely peaceful stay at this gorgeous flat in Kensington overlooking the gorgeous green of Sheffield Terrace Gardens . That view to the associated buildings rooftops through chestnut and magnolia trees creates a soothing backdrop to the busy city that extends beyond. The position of the flat equidistant to Notting Hill Gate and Kensington High street is also incredibly convenient for shopping and transport. The owner of this flat has exquisite taste in the artwork displayed and furnishings . Thank you for my visit!

Loved the property and the area. They were very open about the stairs - and there are many if you have heavy bags. We had an issue with a door handle falling off and it was dealt with quickly. Shower pressure is terrible. Something really needs to be done about that. Otherwise we loved it very much.

Host was amazing! Left us treats after our travel day and things to get us started. The apartment was modernized and the plugs were universal so we didn’t need to buy adapters for our American electronics. The apartment is at the top floor so make sure you are prepared to carry your luggage up, though this did not pose an issue for our family it is worth noting. Location to Paddington train station and a ton of pubs was amazing. I would definitely stay here when visiting London again.

Will’s flat is my favorite place to stay in London. It’s in a convenient location, just a few minutes’ walk from underground stations, bus stops, bakeries, other restaurants, shops, and museums. While close to many everyday conveniences, it’s also private and quiet, with lovely neighborhood views. Multiple amenities are provided within the flat, so that you really have everything you need to stay comfortably for several days. Will is an exceptional host. He communicates clearly and proactively, always looking out for his guests’ comfort and enjoyment. I feel so safe and at home at Will’s. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to London.

First, Simon is an extremely nice guy. He welcomed us into the flat and made us feel right at home. Additionally, he was on top of our communications and was very helpful. Allowed us to check in early. 👍 The flat is in an ideal location. 5 minute walk to the Bond Street tube station, walking to great shopping, restaurants and pubs, and there are 3 coffee shops and bakeries just out the front door. Amazing location. To consider; the flat is on the 3rd floor so if you have bad knees this may not be for you. Also, the flat is located in the heart of London so you need to expect to hear some city noise. I brought ear plugs which did the trick. I slept well. Random thoughts; the kitchen and living room are super cute. Bedroom and bathroom are fully functional but nothing special. The shower is nice. The washer and dryer work great. I counted at least 3 different types of coffee makers. You will not be lacking for choice.

Sharon’s place was fantastic, it really was a home away from home. It was in a great location near transport but also great pubs, cafes and also within walking distance of the gorgeous Notting Hill ✨

We absolutely loved our stay! Would happily have stayed longer. Stephen’s apartment is in an area we hadn’t really spent much time in before but we loved the architecture of Mill St and the surrounding areas. It gas easy access to the bus and Tube stations and is an easy, enjoyable walk to Tower Bridge. We loved the apartment itself- felt like home immediately. It’s spacious, quirky, has everything you could need during your stay. We would highly recommend Stephen’s place and we will most definitely be returning

Great place. Angela was very helpful and communicative. No complaints other than curtains could do with replacing as the broken hooks let light in the morning.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

Alexandre’s flat in Earls Court is well situated: walkable to South Kensington and close to the Earls Court underground station while being far enough from traffic to be very quiet. We also found it to be spacious for two, filled with light, and smartly equipped. All in all, we had a relaxing, restorative stay and would be happy to return on future visits.

LOVED the aesthetics of the place. The mix of modern and traditional design elements and furnishings was stunning. Great location as well! I hope to come back.

Gorgeous apartment with a ton of room in a beautiful neighborhood. I loved sitting out on the terrace and looking across the gardens during the morning and evenings. I would highly recommend, and I hope to come back someday!

Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying at this beautiful Grade II listed Manor House was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our lovely host — Jo’s hospitality and warmth made our visit feel like staying with family. The Manor House itself is absolutely stunning — full of character, history, and timeless charm. Each room tells a story, and the period features have been lovingly preserved. Yet, despite the historic setting, all the comforts we needed were provided. The bed was cozy, the surroundings peaceful, and the gardens were a delight to stroll through. What made this stay truly special was our host. Her stories about the house’s history, the village, and her life were fascinating and added such depth to the whole experience. She was incredibly thoughtful, always checking to ensure we had everything we needed — without ever being intrusive. If you're looking for a truly authentic and heartwarming stay in the English countryside, this is it.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

Anna’s was such a wonderful place to stay for a few days. Very private and quiet, but close to so many attractions if one decided to be adventurous. The space was clean, warm and welcoming. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake after a long day exploring. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to friends and family.

Felt right at home at Oded’s. Warm house, Hot shower, Great kitchen, Window view in the bedroom and kitchen are so nice, and my favourite spot was sitting at the kitchen table each morning for coffee. Everything you need and responsive host. I was fortunate to be able to do a long term stay over winter which I haven’t done before on airbnb, and am really grateful for the provisions and warmth in a well thought out spot. Great taste, Great house. Area was great too for working week and markets on Sunday. Thank you Oded

Stayed with three friends for a 50th birthday in town and Helen looked after us so well. Everything just perfect for spending a couple of days catching up and the hottub was the crowning glory. Thoroughly recommended.
