We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Such a cute and cozy place! It’s in a great location that’s walkable to shops and restaurants, but far enough away that it’s quiet and peaceful as well. I loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable as well.

We spent a week here and would absolutely love to come back again. Manette is an incredibly thoughtful and attentive host. The location is perfect, the house is cozy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The terrace is a wonderful spot to relax, chat, and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. The nature around is magical, and the adorable miniature horses make the experience even more special. It’s peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to unwind.
