Unser Haus ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem Eifelsteig, rund um den Rursee und im Nationalpark. Vom eigenen Balkon aus haben Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf die Rur. Vor Ort bei uns müssen Sie ab 01.01.2025 eine Übernachtungsabgabe bar an uns entrichten. Sie besteht aus 5% des Buchungspreises. Dieser Betrag muss von uns 1:1 an die Gemeindes Simmerath weitergegeben werden!

Wenn Ihr eine kleine Auszeit sucht seid Ihr bei uns goldrichtig! Euch erwartet nach Hike oder Bike ? eine moderne und komfortable Wellnesoase. Cocooning total ! Hier könnt Ihr Urlaub machen in reinster Form. Der Dutchtub bietet etwas Abenteuer für gross und klein ( Man muss ihn selber heizen mit Holz und das Feuer beaufsichtigen vielleicht mit nem Aperitif? Insgesamt dauert der Wärmeprozess +-4 Stunden je nach Jahreszeit! Bitte beachten nicht möglich bei Frost. Maximal 1 Hund

"The Break" has been decorated with reclaimed items from our old farmhouse. The calm, the view and the garden area with terrace is its highlight. The apartment is level on the 1st floor. Located at the crossroads between: Aachen(Aachen), Maastricht, Liège. Interest: walking, cycling, craft brewery, mining site, Val Dieu abbey, American cemetery, Valkenburg and Montjoie (Monschau) are worth a visit. Essentials provided, bed linen not (extra charge).

The Moulin d 'Awez

In the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, close to Durbuy, the Moulin d 'Awez welcomes you for a stay in the heart of the nature. Located on a quiet street, on a property of nearly 3ha your studio is the starting point for beautiful hikes by bike or motorcycle (shelter available ). Our Tiny House is located in a green area of Liège. A small hidden house near bucolic trails leading to the historic center on foot. After two years of auto and eco-construction, our Tiny Titiwane is all wood clad. It smells of poplar, cedar, oak and pine. It is nestled among our trees whose energy can be felt, from the inside or the outside. Possible to order breakfast/brunch.
