Beautiful clean apartment. The view was amazing. Quiet neighbors. Bed was very firm innerspring mattress. Pillows were awesome and the extra blanket in the closet was nice. Towels were fluffy and huge. Price was on par with neighboring hotels.

Great location for Vanderbilt Beach! Nicely kept complex, beautiful accommodations. The host thought of everything. Wonderful experience.

This is the best airbnb i have ever stayed at. It was decorated with such a nice, beachy, peaceful vibe. Amenities inside included plenty of towels, detergent for washer, shampoo conditioner body wash in the shower (which was so spacious), bottle of wine with glasses, coffee pods for the keurig coffee maker, extra blankets for hanging around and for sleeping in the bed. The bed was nice and firm, not too firm, just right. There was an extra fan besides the nest controlled AC. Besides the fridge and microwave, there was a great icemaker. And the view from the living room was spectacular every day and night to enjoy. The balcony was a plus! Such a nice vibe to just sit and soak in the sunrise and sunset. Best air bnb ever.

Arthur’s space was exactly as described perfect location close to all amenities. I would certainly stay with him again.

What a beautiful month we had at Terraverde . The condo was in a perfect location with an awesome pool/hot tub , golf sign up and snack bar. The golf course was a nice short executive course and in descent condition. The pool was the best part! Pristine water, umbrellas, dining tables and lounge chairs. The condo asteroid with two great size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was filled with your minimum supplies needed with various restaurants nearby. Don and Barb live in the community and were very helpful and responsive to our questions. Nicole the property manager handled all the paperwork needed and was very helpful in getting it all completed. So looking forward to staying there again!

We enjoyed 6 days here and were so sad to come home. We didn’t want to stay downtown in fort Myers beach area and wanted something a little more quiet, this place was perfect. It’s situated in a great location, 15 min from fort myers beach and 10 min from Bonita springs if you want to get out and explore. Also right next to lovers key state park which was a must see. The condo was just as described and the views were amazing, we saw dolphins almost every morning while eating breakfast, it was magical! Very spacious bathroom and kitchen area. Bonus points came with beach chairs and an umbrella so we didn’t have to worry about renting at the beach. We would definitely come back to this rental!

Alan’s place was absolutely perfect! The cottages are adorable and make you feel like you are right at home. Everything is close by and the club itself was great with my 3 year old. We had a fantastic trip and look forward to hopefully returning next year! Alan is a great host and explained the condo exactly the way we found it, there was nothing missing whatsoever. Highly recommend renting from Alan at the cottages!

We had a wonderful stay at Katie’s beautiful, modern home in Naples. The house was absolutely spotless and everything we could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, with brand-new pans and all the essentials for cooking at home. The location was peaceful and scenic, surrounded by trees. Katie was an amazing host, responsive and welcoming. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return. Highly recommend!

Perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Fabien was extremely responsive. Place was spotless and pool is close by. Definitely would stay here again!

Condo is located in a very beautiful setting that includes 24 hour security. The area is stunning and only a short walk to the beach. View from the balcony is gorgeous! Ocean view and view of the shared pool. Well maintained grounds and very clean! Grills for common use could use some maintenance and a good cleaning but they are centrally located for easy use. Kevin is a great owner! Very responsive and helpful. Condo itself is very nice and comfortable! Some updates would be nice however it offers so many great amenities! Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided however again could be updated. Overall our family believes we found a gem of a condo on a great beach in beautiful Naples! Well done Kevin!

Beautiful place at Naples , blocks away from the beach and the zoo, close to explore what Naples has to offer. The condo was clean well organized, we felt right at home Tamara is a great host and she was very attentive asking how we doing , making sure everything was going well with us. I would come back

Dadurch hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Perfect 4 day get away for my sister and I. The location was very convenient to RSW airport and towns. The building had low traffic and was quiet and peaceful. Most times we had the pool and to ourselves. The unit was perfect and the sunsets even better. We will definitely come back next season.

So impressed. Lindsey was an extremely responsive and personable host. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with what we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were not many guests during our stay, so the pool area was quiet. We loved the view of the large pool area from our balcony. Would definitely rent this condo again since the location is convenient to many good restaurants, grocery store, the beach, and, more importantly, to where our son lives in Bonita Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Nataliya’s place! She was an amazing host : very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and comfortable. The location is great, just a few minutes’ drive from the beach, and the residence itself has great amenities like a pool and a BBQ area. Everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday. We already want to come back, thank you again, Nataliya!

I loved this place!! We had a really great family time. The property was very nice and clean which was super important to me because I went with my 5 months old baby. The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

This was our first time in N. captiva and my kids said it was the best week of their lives. The guidebook provided was very helpful before and during our trip. The idea of a no car / store island felt a little daunting when packing but because of the clear instructions we felt prepared. The home was clean and had all the essentials and then some. Whenever I realized I forgot something it would magically appear in cabinet, they did think of it all in terms of stocking essentials. We had a few minor hiccups along the way as to be expected but they were taken care of. It has been requested by all our kids we visit the island annually. Can’t wait to be back.

Jack’s space was great for our group! Exceptionally clean and spacious. The view of the pool and canal are beautiful. Stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels, beach accessories & fun stuff to do (ping pong table, corn hole, games). Kitchen has tons of nice plates, glasses, pots/pans & cutlery/utensils. The kitchen did not have any food beyond cooking essentials such as oil, salt/pepper and a couple spices. You will need to bring all your toiletries as soap, shampoo/conditioner are not provided. The master bathroom is lovely and huge! The other bathroom could use a toilet tune up as the seat is loose. We never did figure out how to heat the spa tub which was unfortunate but perhaps user error. The home itself was very nice but we wish we could have transplanted it a bit closer to the nicer restaurants and marina areas- that would have made the entire experience perfect for our group. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a great option!

My family and I loved our stay! It was the pefect area- peaceful and quiet! The yard was super spacious- my boys loved playing catch and seeing all the various wildlife-- deer, lizards, snakes, frogs, etc..We also enjoyed all the various plants and fruit trees The pool made for fun times when we decided to stay back at the house and not venture out for thr day. It was very clean and well kept! We loved that the *entire* house was reverse osmosis filtered!! Super convenient not having to buy drinking water for our stay as we go through tons of water!!! Hosts were very sweet and speedy to answer any of my questions.. Was convenient having various kids games, books, stroller, etc.. Was also very helpful having so many beach towels :) Definitely recommend a stay here!

I have been to 20 airbnbs in the last year and half. this location was great 12 out of 10. The ower was very responsive and cared about our or stay. it is centrally located in town and was in pristine condition. I go this was again you can bet I will be staying here. highly recommend.

Amazing and spotless air bnb! Perfect for families and large groups. Amenities were above my expectations. Adam went above and beyond when decorating this place and having everything guests would need on their stay! Extremely responsive and pleasant. Would definitely visit again!

We were very happy with our stay at this house! It was even bigger and more beautiful than in the photos. 😊Everything inside was convenient and well thought out. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful , perfect for relaxing. The style and coziness of the house exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay!

Nicole was a wonderful and very accommodating host. Due to multiple hurricane threats, we had to reschedule the stay 3 times and she was very understanding. The house is beautiful and has everything one may need (and then some!). The one area we were not able to enjoy was the pool. We were hoping it had a self cleaner as it was full of small dead gnats. Although we tried to remove some, it was impossible. Other than this, the house is very well maintained and I would highly recommend it for other families.
