A great private location with beautiful views of nature, you will feel relaxed and at ease in this beautiful area. Look out for the Northern Lights/Aurora with no houses on the north side of the road to block any view of them. The home has a comfortable queen bed. Cook on the gas range with all the necessary cooking utensils available. The house has Wi-Fi, TV / Amazon Fire Stick to watch your favorite shows. Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

We have a banya sauna for bathing. Running hot & cold water inside cabin. A store & laundromat with showers 1 mile away. Ivory Jacks restaurant & bar 1 mile away, Sam's Thai 3 miles. Great northern lights viewing! Close to hiking trails & bird sanctuary. Our home is a 4min walk from cabin.

This beautiful two bedroom, one bath log home is a perfect retreat. The cabin is located only a few miles from both Fairbanks and North Pole, while still providing a secluded hideaway. You will enjoy the large deck, beautiful surroundings, two private bedrooms and a loft sleeping area. The rustic living area is designed for comfort, with an equipped kitchen, and upgraded bath. The house has a cathedral ceiling, loft bedroom with private bathroom and all the amenities, including dishwasher and laundry. It's right on a bike trail and a ten-minute walk to the Tanana River.
