2 minutes from Cierp Gaud, 20 minutes from Spain and the Mourtis resort; village house with its small garden and shelters The house is on 3 levels, on the ground floor a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and reversible air conditioning, wc with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st floor 2 bedrooms 1 bed 160/2 beds 140; a bathroom with toilet. On the 2ND floor, a 3-bed dormitory with shower room. This place has just been renovated! It was a stone barn that now has all the comforts. 17km from Spain, 20km from Luchon and ski resorts (Mourtis,Luchon-Superbagnères, Peyragudes). On the ground floor, you have a kitchen lounge, a large bathroom with separate toilets, and two bedrooms with a new 160 bed Upstairs a dorm with 4 small beds. Ideal for 2 families. The outside is not finished yet (it will be for summer) that's why I put attractive prices!

Our family home is 1h15 from Toulouse, 20 minutes from the Spanish border and Luchonnais, and 30 minutes from the first ski resorts, quiet! On the terrace you can have lunch with a breathtaking view of the village. An outdoor Nordic Spa is available to relax after a mountain walk. Swimming possible in a beautiful natural lake located 200m away at the exit of the village. The courtyard and park are fully fenced. Bikes available.
