Beachfront vacation rentals in Escanaba

We came as a family of 12 and it can be difficult to accommodate all of us! This house worked great! The view out front is amazing, Lake Michigan! It was October so it was cold and windy so we weren't able to spend time outdoors here but we did lots of hiking and sight seeing so it was no problem. The large garage is a fantastic place for everyone to hang out and great for a place for the grandkids to have fun. We'd highly recommend this property! Very responsive hosts!! Thank you!

We had a lovely weekend on Thunder Lake! The cottage was clean and very well maintained. The views and the fire pit with chairs was a wonderful place to relax!

My husband, toddler, dog, and I loved our stay here. The sunsets here were so beautiful! The cottage felt like home & all the antique decor added so much charm. Check in was easy & Alexandra provided a lot of information on what to do in Door County.

We had a great stay at Debra's place! The location was awesome being right on the beach and the views were spectacular. The cottage itself was spacious and clean, with plenty of sleeping and lounging areas. The outside deck was perfect for hanging out and dining. There is an abundance of water toys, games etc. This was one of the best equipped rentals we've stayed in. Everything we needed was there. All in all a perfect trip. 5 Stars all the way!

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful & right on the water with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions, which made everything smooth from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their guests’ experience. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing waterfront getaway!

The cabin was cute and very peaceful very clean Jacqueline was very quick to respond also we had a storm and she got ahold of us to make sure everything was safe will definitely stay again

It’s was a nice place and a great spot on the water. Being on a chain of lakes was fun because we could cruise around on our boat for a while and the fishing was good too. I would rent again.

Incredibly peaceful, bed was very comfortable. Pretty much everything we needed was right there. Would definitely love to stay here again.

The cottage was great. Just as decribed...better than the pictures. We really enjoyed the sun porch. Peaceful and quite, we went for a fall color trip the colors were beautiful. This was just what we were looking for. We would definitely book agaim.

We had a great stay at Brandon’s air bnb! I would definitely stay again. The location was great, not too far from the things we needed and the lake was just steps away from the house. The house was huge, very clean and had everything we needed. We spent the entire time hanging out at the house and on the lake. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun but relaxing trip away. Our kids really loved the kayaks that were available too, what a perfect touch to the stay.

We loved staying at Gary's place. The location was awesome for walking to all the restaurants and shops in Sister Bay and viewing the sunsets by the water. The condo was surprisingly quite considering how close to major restaurants and shopping it is located. Also, the kitchen was well stocked. We didn't' feel like he skimped on the extras, like soap, laundry detergent, etc. We would stay at Gary's place again when wanting to be able to walk in Sister Bay.

We absolutely loved staying at Franklin’s place. It provided the peace and quiet that we desperately needed away from the city life. The cabin is absolutely adorable! We were very thankful for all of the fans. lol. My family had a blast on the small lake and made many memories catching frogs and snakes. Super cute and clean place to stay!

We had a great time in Pete's house at the lake. You directly have the feeling that Pete is also using the house himself, so the house is very well equipped. Navigation leads you to a place a bit off of the actual location. But with Pete's instructions, it was no problem.

Gwen is extremely friendly and provided everything we needed for our stay. The property is very peaceful and quiet. The lake is crystal clear. It is a beautiful setting.

Great place and had a wonderful time. The place was as advertised and exceeded all expectations.

Stayed here for our 5th year in a row for our annual ice fishing trip, Monica and Morley are excellent hosts and have always been great to us, would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful cottage in a prime location, directly on the edge of Farmer Lake! The view of the sunrise each morning over the water was spectacular. Not only that, but the interior of the house was cozy and inviting, with far more amenities than your average cabin. Our hosts were quick and responsive to any questions we had, and they made the whole experience very enjoyable.

Such a beautiful cabin on a protected bay of Lake Michigan but still see enough to feel the big water and hear the waves crashing. Awesome fire place great place to sit and read and relax by the fire. Lots to do nearby, if you want to leave. The hosts are excellent and welcoming. Would love to go back! Pet friendly is a plus.

Perfect for our family vacation! It was early June so still chilly but we really enjoyed the campfire and fireplace. Had a couple nice days on the beach as well. There was a very nice selection of board games to play on our rainy days. Hiking, lighthouse, restaurants, shopping, zip lining and mini golf were all close in proximity to the house. If I had question they were always answered right away which was greatly appreciated.

The house worked perfectly for our snowmobile group of 4 couples! Very spacious- plenty of room to hang out all together, and the lower level living room was a nice bonus. The huge mudroom was perfect for all our gear and easily accessible from the driveway where we parked our snowmobiles overnight. Plenty of parking too- all 4 trucks and trailers fit nicely. The house itself is very nice and clean, and the winter view of the lake is beautiful! Convenient location 1/2 mile from general store with gas, and very close to the trails. Highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

Our stay here was beautiful and peaceful. We explored the waters with the canoe and kayaks, fished on the row boat, saw amazing wildlife(sandhill cranes, bald eagles, wild turkey, and deer), relaxed in the sauna, and enjoyed many meals and games together. We also ventured out for a day in Munising for the Pictured Rocks boat tour and another day to Marquette to visit Presque Isle. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful as well!

Our family of 13, including two littles, enjoyed the dock for fishing and flying kites. The available bikes were perfect to go for ice cream at the corner. Bonfire and fireplace were great for chilly evenings (even in June). Close to everything Sister Bay has to offer and convenient to the rest of the Door County communities. Super clean and tidy.

We spent a great week with family at Peggy and Mark’s! It was spacious for our group of 9; everyone had enough room and you couldn’t ask for a better location. Having such a nice beach right outside the door was the best. You could easily go in and out if needed, or spend hours on the lake swimming, floating, lounging, or walking the coast. We’re so thankful to have found a place that accommodated everyone and allowed us make lasting memories.
