Monthly Rentals in Ermita

The house is in a residential area, of villas, very quiet and very nice and tidy. The property has a driveway access with parking, very comfortable. As described, the first floor is inhabited, but the person present, extremely discreet, we never perceive it. View only on arrival and departure. You access the spaces provided by a reserved gate and you reach the beautiful outdoor space with swimming pool, kitchenette, barbecue area and table with chairs and sofas. What can I say: wonderful! The spaces are very comfortable, 3 bedrooms of very good size, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living room and equipped kitchen. Truly a beautiful solution! Congratulations to Lena on the house and her availability and kindness!

I hosted a retreat for business women at this beautiful villa. The communal area of the kitchen and dining area was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were able to spread out and talk private when needed which was key to choosing this villa. Beautifully decorated it had a lovely vibe

The neighborhood is very pleasant, in the heights with beautiful houses nearby and space. The house is actually divided into three: the villa, the pool house glued to the villa and the separate apartment with a terrace and dedicated garden. The swimming pool is shared with the 3 listings but in September we were only 2 couples to use it. The accommodation apart does not really have a bathroom: there is a toilet and sink and a separate shower on the other side of the kitchen, a bit like at the campsite. The kitchen is properly equipped (an electric hob for a pot, a microwave and cooking utensils). The bed is comfortable with air conditioning if needed. The private terrace is very nice with something to relax with, take mosquito repellent! Small touches on arrival with a bottle of wine and grape, it's always nice! Great communication with the host and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Lovely place, with beautiful pool area. Great communication wit Pia. Easy access. Things to note: On a very busy main road, so lots of traffic noise during the day. You do block it out after a time, but its worth knowing. The roof terrace is amazing, with stunning virws, but not large. The property is a studio appartment. No seperate seating area inside. Kitchen is not really equipt for cooking. Fridge door hung on the wrong side, which is strange. We stayed for 2 weeks. We were told if we wanted clean sheets and towels at the end of the first week, that this was not catered for. If we wanted, we could pay. Eventually, we were offered the use of the washing machine for the towels ( quick cyle only). These are just points to note. They dont spoil the fact that we had an amazingly relaxed holiday.
