Everything about The Nest was perfect! Little touches like salt and pepper, spices, toiletries, beach towels and milk etc made it so easy. It is so peaceful and relaxing and sitting on the terrace watching the sunset was the best part of the day! Having two bathrooms is a real plus! The beds are very comfortable and the linen is lush! The outside space is beautifully kept and there are plenty of spaces to sit and relax. Although it is on a working farm we were never disturbed except for the occasional noisy sheep 🐑 and the plentiful bird life 🐦‍⬛🦉 I would highly recommend staying here for the peace and quiet! We found that Modbury was a great location to venture out from and the stunning coastline was not too far away. We could not think of anything that Felicity hasn’t already thought of and we would be really happy to stay again. A wonderful five days at ‘The Nest’ Thank you Felicity

Wow we loved this place so so much! Firstly it was within the most peaceful setting you could imagine. Sitting out in the garden was so serene, and the wood fired hot tub was a fun bonus! Inside was immaculate, so cosy and homely! Absolutely everything you might think you need was supplied! The upstairs bedroom/bathroom was dreamy! Surrounded by lovely walks (the coastal footpath was only 5 minutes walk away) and close by to some gorgeous Devonshire villages/towns, I genuinely couldn’t fault this property! Hopefully we will be back soon! ☺️

What an amazing find , great value , super hosts . The creamery is a beautiful building with bags of character and charm , but all the mod cons you could ask for . It’s impeccably clean and tidy and well equipped too ,the beds are comfy and the shower powerful . It’s very quiet and the gardens are beautiful. We brought my ninety year old mum with us , so the lovely downstairs en-suite was perfect . In fact the open plan design of both the lounge and dinning areas was convenient too, as well as being light, bright and airy . We would highly recommend the creamery and look forward to returning soon Glen , Susie and Dolly

We stayed from July 16 to 19. The house is immaculate and well presented. Furniture is beautiful with coffee, tea, suger provided along with cooking utensils and washing amenities. The entire house is superb. The price of stay per night is cheaper than a hotel. You get two beautiful bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet with clothe washer and dryer. Modbury is a beautiful place with the coast a short drive away. I would like to say thank you to the host who provided such an easy service with no bother and I hope we left the house clean and we hope to be welcome to stay again. :)

Perfect 2 day stay for a wedding in the area. Kairen was super quick to respond to any questions and offered early check in if needed. Lovely place with every amenity we could have needed including a magical milk frother and some very thoughtful welcome snacks which were much appreciated after a long drive! Kairen was incredibly friendly and a delight to chat to, the majestic Percy the cat was also a particular highlight. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area, thank you again!

Absolutely beautiful location and property. - If you are looking for that much needed peace and tranquility then this is the place for you. Excellent hosts that will greet you with a warm and friendly welcome. Only 10 minutes drive, visiting gorgeous Salcombe with breathtaking harbour is a must! For those keen shoppers there are plenty of little boutiques, including the renowned Will Bees. Definitely a place to return!

What a truly beautiful gem... This gorgeous place is simply perfection. My little family and I stayed here enroute to St Ives. We holiday a lot in West Cornwall, but have never explored South Devon. We'll be hurrying back. Our two night stay was so peaceful, opening our curtains each morning to the lush rolling green farm land. The little cottage pristine and beautifully furnished. We loved how spacious the bedroom was and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd very much recommend. Thank you for our stay Christopher 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was a perfect place for us as it was close to family. There are some great walks in the area with a shop, pub and restaurant all very close so you can easily survive once you're there. There is also a huge Tesco at Lee Mill which isn't very far away so you can get everything you need easily. Its a very sweet cottage that is tastefully decorated and accommodated the three of us easily. The only real issue was its not built for someone who is 6'4" so I would recommend tall people wear a helmet (but thats not the fault of the house or host 🤣😂) Would recommend and hope it remains an AirBnB as the location is ideal for future bookings 😁
