Great place to stay when visiting Niagara Falls and way more affordable than other places. The place is pretty roomy! Billy was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Overall great stay!

Nice place to stay

Billy’s place was the perfect spot for a work trip but also let us visit Niagara Falls since it was so close. We ran into trouble while working and Billy was responsive and flexible allowing us to extend our stay. Really great Airbnb.

Great host and great place. Just wish the basic amenities like salt pepper and oil were available. But the host was very friendly and responsive

The place was super easy to check in and out. Allison was very responsive and easy to work with. She was very attentive. It was the perfect place for what we needed for the weekend. Close to all the things we were doing. We would definitely stay again.

This was our first Airbnb stay and overall it was great. The location was close to where we needed to be, it was quiet, and the accomdations matched the listing. Ayman was responsive throughout the entire process and we would certainly recommend this location to others!

This was a great place for my family and I to stay during our trip to Buffalo! The location was perfect as it was very close to downtown, but was not directly on the streets where it was busy. The area felt safe. The pictures matched the actual appearance of the place. The only thing is that the basement room was unable to be used by us because we all have allergies. The basement wasn’t a refinished basement so anyone with allergies definitely reacted to the musky smell of a basement. However that room is listed as a “bonus room” so it’s not too big of a deal. Just be mindful if you are relying on that room for your stay. It was a great stay and we definitely would stay here again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! Everything was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor space—it was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings. The location was great. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and very easy to communicate with. It’s clear they really care about making their guests feel welcome. We’d definitely stay here again.. Thank you John for being an amazing host!

Billy was a very responsive host both prior to, and after our arrival. The instructions we received for getting into the home were very clear. The accommodations were great for our group. We were in town to visit Niagara Falls, and the location was within a reasonable driving distance. The home was clean and had enough room for everyone. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. There was a full size fridge and freezer, which was great. Thankfully, we knew ahead of time that there were not any large pots or pans to cook a big meal for our group, so we could plan accordingly. There was some minor damage to walls & other areas, but Billy says that someone has already been called to make repairs. The only addition that would’ve been nice was if there had been some coffee and coffee filters available to go along with the coffee maker. Amble soap and shampoo were provided in the bathrooms, and we had enough bedding. The TV was also easy to use.

A very beautiful and comfortable stay, walkable distance from Niagara Falls. Amazing!

We really like Ayman… and his place. Spotless and we done up. He had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay with him again.
