The condo apartment was refurbished end of July 2022 and is now open for bookings. It is located in one of Ericeira's most beautiful gated communities, overlooking the São Sebastião Beach and the Matadouro Beach (which are all in short walking distance). The community has nicely treated garden structure topping up their properties. A walk into the historical center of Ericeira takes about 20 minutes, to the closest restaurants and shopping mall it's about a 10 minutes walk.
