The 2 room apartment is 60 square meters and is located in a quiet one-way street. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet bedroom with an 800 sqm garden. Just as quickly as at the cathedral you are also in the city and the hiking trail on the Gera starts at the end of the road. For my guests there is an espresso machine & a small supermarket is around the corner. The apartment is friendly and cozy, has a good atmosphere and is also suitable for a longer stay.

A piece of Tuscany in Erfurt's center /parking space

The apartment is located on the upper ground floor in an old storage building of the former garden-building company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the reason of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above was newly built around 1850 and has been completely renovated to a high quality in recent years. All the interior walls of the exterior sheath of the house are made with clay plaster, ensuring a pleasant room climate.

Sunny apartment in the Brühler Vorstadt, quiet and green located in the immediate vicinity of Luisenpark and the charming old town. The Cathedral Square is a 10-minute walk away. Also in the neighbourhood are the EGA (horticultural exhibition), the theatre and the trade fair and congress center Erfurt. They have a double bedroom 160x200 cm and a cot size 60x120 cm.
