Large room in a beautiful old villa at the park

The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This over 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is just opposite of the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

Holiday Home - right in the middle of Germany

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.

Hi, I am renting rooms furnished in my Gründerzeit villa. So if you are staying in Erfurt for a few days, weeks or even months, then I would like to welcome you. The rooms are modernly furnished (upscale amenities) and between 16 m² up to 30 m², then there are also shared kitchens, bathrooms (tub and shower) and lounges. Although centrally located, the residential area is quiet. All rooms have wifi reception. A cleaning service is available.
