My parents had a pleasant stay in your home. This is the second time we've stayed in this apartment. It is well located in the city center of Derval. You can park easily near the accommodation.

The accommodation is very well located, close to the machines of the island and not too far from the center, it is clean, well-equipped and quiet. My family's stay at this Airbnb was just perfect! The apartment was tastefully decorated and very clean. The location was ideal with the proximity of public transport, and in a quiet area. Beautiful renovated farmhouse with exceptional volumes. Large well-maintained grounds with terrace, swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue. Very well-equipped house. In short, everything you need for a great quiet stay in the countryside. Extended weekend with friends for us, it was a very nice time and everyone left delighted with this little piece of heaven. We had a lovely time at Marie-Claude's Gîte. The view of the Loire is stunning, walks are accessible immediately after leaving the house which is an asset with children. The house is as described, it feels good. Marie-Claude was available at all times and her instructions were very clear. In short, I recommend it 100% for a relaxing stay with friends.

Very nice rental as described. The house is very nice, clean, comfortable, in a very quiet area. Spaces are generous and well decorated. The exteriors are also very pleasant, shaded terrace, there is always the possibility of having a place in the shade or sun according to its desires. Trampoline, cabin, small slide for children and a very nice pool for young and old. some tasty tomatoes, delicious raspberries and 2 chickens a little cabotin. Our hosts Sandrine and Michael, very available and responsive (even remotely response within 5 minutes). Recommended.

We stayed at Marielle and François's place during Hellfest. Communication was very fluid. Very clear instructions. The accommodation is spacious, very comfortable, very clean and very well appointed. Beautiful decor, there is nothing lacking. Everything is there. Great place to unwind. The garden and terrace is a plus. Marielle and François are very friendly and warm hosts. The accommodation is very good and easy to access. We lived outside thanks to the very well equipped summer kitchen and enjoy the heated pool. Our son loved fetching the eggs from the chicken coop located in the garden that does not create a nuisance or require maintenance from us. Sébastien is a responsive and welcoming host. We had a great stay!

We had a great time with the family in Amélie's spacious loft. Tastefully decorated and well arranged, it is also very well equipped and very bright. Paradise for young and old😀.
