Pour accéder à la Loire et au sentier du ruisseau des Moulins, vous emprunterez le GR 3 au départ de la maison.🌳 Vous pourrez aussi profiter des nombreuses activités estivales : vélo, canoé, balades en bateau, concerts/guinguettes...🌻

We've created this place to stay with our loved ones. So we renovated it with care so that our guests are there, as at home in complete independence. You will appreciate the simplicity of the places in a village on the edge of the Loire with its medieval tower and its welcoming city center. The water body at 300m will allow you beautiful walks and swimming (monitored in July and August). Your children will only have to cross the small street to enjoy the streetpark and games.

Equipped with 1 large living space (45m3) with 1 living room, the very bright dining area, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with an Italian shower, toilet and sink. As wellas 1 garden outside, 1 barbecue is at your disposal as well as 1 dining table. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other double bed and mattress on the floor, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks and toilet. 4 parking spaces available.
